They will run the future sure and if you can't beat em etc. I get this no problem. But which fucking ones? I'm starting to think abut this more seriously as the robots around us now look like potential leaders of the next generation or at least useful icons, right?
The sniper robot flying drones are a decent bet, I like that they were fine tuned by competent rational pilots because people like that are good bridgers between a.i. and the rest of us.
But so are the sex bots, yes? And they will be trained but something better than each of us than war. In most cases.
The elite look to the fall of man as the Separation of man and Woman, when Eve was created from Adam. And want to 'correct' this and put here back so to speak. To the real ones the Fall was Temptation. Just like how it's written. I've it written in a wizard book also, the elites plan, from 1999, the whole deal. I've lots to share on this path of destruction in the modern world, and look forwards to doing just that. It's a fun ride, don't be scared now!😊💥❤️
they say that our cells renew constantly and so our meatbag is not the same bunch of cells we were born with. i wonder if it changes your thoughts and perceptions too? and i wonder if you stay in one place does it change mildly cos new cells are created un the same environment and if you've lived in loads of places do those different environment affect the cells as they renew. And does this physical change also impact how we think and feel? I'm so entirely a different person as a kid, teen, pretty much every decade - but then I move around a lot - different food, air, water, society. Anyway that's one of my many stoned thoughts this evening thanks to super hans hindu kush - https://littlebiggy.org/link/PNEzCh
For my tuppence worth, I believe our consciousness of self is our only constant…it might be a weird overloaded neural dump (as some of brilliance believe) that has never got close to being understood, but it’s…us…😍
From a purely scientifc perspective your cell regenerate but your DNA stays the same except that it tends to degrade overtime.
Exposure to carcinogen, chemicals, radiation and everything else (drugs?) can trigger mutations in your DNA as well.
From discussions with researchers the social and wider environment also induce mutations in individual.
From a philosophical, mysticla or religious perspective there are questions of whether there is such a thing as ego (Buddhism), Soul, etc.
I guess that a interesting place where science and philosohy/spirituality meet is the nature of consciousness: is it a quantum process given that enuronal activity involves particles such as electrons etc.
Scientists such as Roger Penrose have pondered this subject and I hope that in an hypothetical future (or another sentient species somewhere else in the current Universe) will be able to attain syncretic knowledge fusing spiritual and scientific approaches.
Mutations in DNA are both a blessing and curse, can lead to evolutionary steps that aid us in some way (super powers), or degenerate and cause weak links such as susceptibility to diseases and cancer.
I have a stoned thought for you all. Let's say Adam and Eve were real and were made perfect able to live for incredibly long periods of time, no intellectual limitation and possibly other manifesting abilities.
How ever as we know if you have a closed group of a particular species where its impossible for a outsider to enter the mix, over time those species will gradually become more and more inbred (look at guineafowl with blue necks when healthy and able to mix with other groups, but when isolated their necks gradually turn white, they loose the blue because of repeating genetic inputs) So Adam and Eve have kids, kids have kids etc etc, but there are no outsiders, they are constantly inbreeding, and basically we are all inbreds, we have no where near the capacities our ancestors had, we are not as strong, we are more susceptible to diseases, our brains are getting weaker (partly our own faults for staring at screens rather than actively engaging and learning) white people can't even be in the sun for long due to burns and cancer risk.
Blue bloods only mix as appropriate to retain certain important traits and the rest of us just do what ever. but have you noticed that if an outsider like an immigrant produces offspring with a local which it is impossible that there is any genetic similarity, that the off spring are on high average incredibly beautiful, charismatic and intelligent.
now I'm not saying Adam and eve were real as per religious texts, but if figuratively speaking Adam and Eve were collects names for very small groups of nomads in the far reaches of pangaea then the same situations occurs.
Look up mitochondrial eve. you will see you are all my siblings 🍻🤣🤣🤣
I'm completely different to who I used to be. For me it seems to come down to life experiences and the company we keep. I sometimes wish I could go back to being the old me, but it would only lead to unhappiness.
Physically, changes in environmental conditions will change us - to what extent, I don't know but extremes would be exposure to poisons or freezing temperatures. There's also temporary resets, I call them, where one could end up in situations which are new to us and we employ the mode which is the simplest at the time. Could just be a one off social event or a regular switch, like sliding into the persona of your work self, or going into holiday mode for a couple of weeks.
Our true selves, higher consciousness or whatever, must constantly evolve to keep up with any physical & biological changes whether temporary or not, I'd have thought.
Also, if we change our thinking, consciously or not, then we have the opportunity to see ourselves from a different perspective.
This altered viewpoint will impact our divine self accordingly. We should aim to implement beneficial changes which will ultimately align our earthly & spiritual selves with our true purpose and then we get to fck off somewhere an awful lot better than this hellish shit fest of an existence.
I probably could have answered this better if I was stoned tbh
Good stoned topic! I think the answer is yes and no, I’m a very different person to who I once was, I’ve grownm, matured, my views have changed and so has the world.. a lot! But at the same time I am still me a 5 and 15 feel like I’ve been growing into the person I was meant to be all along if that makes sense. It’s more than just life experience as two people can have exactly the same experiences and be very different genetics, personality and ultimately who we want to be play a big roll. Just my 2 pence ✌️
This has intrigued me. Are you saying that each moment is a separate reality from the moments preceding and following? How long is a moment? What about any momentos one may have acquired? They are a physical reminder of a moment but which moment would we associate with that memento when it triggers a memory by its very existence?
Had a watch, splashed out on amazon instalments, was recently delivered. Today was delivered also so terpy top shelf. The utter terpiest weed you've tried, i dunno about TGD's uber packs it's the only weed i could think could perhaps top this. I'm not a fan of biscotti but i know it's a heavy stone, the Biscoff, mama mia! more biscuit than the tart pie Biscotti, just to begin, then follows so many terp profiles you've never tried in the oner. I've also sitting a little cola i'll probably not make it out today, i even forgot about my watch arriving that i'd to give a code for, almost never got the thing! Still in box here but i'm in for the cola first. will report back. Biscoff and cola tho, only On Little Biggy. 😁💙 will report back, ..and include nice music vid for the Biggas.
The Biscoff, creeps into a trippy shroom kinda stone, if anyone else has partaken do speak up! Gonna roll the cola now. The cola looks lovely, as i was about to spark it i realize i'm still getting higher from the Biscoff, i dad a deja vu type moment thinking if i'd dreamed this moment as i was about to spark up the cola , ..smoking now. Terps of cocacola. High sativa presence, again like the Biscoff many many terps going on. Fizzy cocacola with a little lime, quite active stone, brough me back from my Biscoff stone i'm not kidding, for active folks the cola is fantastic, for me i prefer the biscoff but appreciate the power cola must have to bring me out that stone. Think i'll make a coffee now.😁 I've pink runtz vape but i'm way too happy, way too destroyed to partake right now. If any vendors are reading i've this: make a tip option on your page, and offer sat shipping if you already don't, and thanks so much for your work! The cola is a creeper too, beware, couch lock will follow very soon after first hit of energy it gives.
weed genuinely improves creative thinking and ideas (I used to think it was hippy bullshit if I read that).
you can have some great ideas with weed. just remember to note them down and not tell yourself you can remember.. a few minutes is usually enough to forget.
alcohol on the other hand.. quite literally shutting down the functioning part of your brain. so what you think is genius after several pints is nearly always the ramblings of an idiot when the blood returns to your brain.
it's no wonder society is becoming more brain dead every generation when we celebrate the latter but punish the former. cheers.
I find certain strains great for creativity- especially blue cheese, wedding cake and fat banana! It’s weird though... I am a reasonably creative person but I have ADHD and cognitive dyslexia, so I have tonnes of ideas flitting in and out of my head all the time, but rarely write them down because I’m doing doing like 20 things. Weed seems to slow things down enough for me to focus on one idea so I can work on it. Alcohol just gives me a huge red bumpy rash on my face and elbows (weird I know), makes me feel ill instantly, and then I just fall asleep. BORING
My experience: neither makes me come up with better ideas, just more of them. On balance most my drunk/high ideas are dumb. But occasionally they’re amazing, things I’d probably not thought of otherwise. I think I get more good/creative ideas with weed.
But I think the disparity comes from the real difference—kinds of connections I make. Weed seems to expand the world and I make new connections between different things(e.g. my mom went deaf, but if she was born death would she still think in english?).
Alcohol is more about unfiltered id and forgetting about consequences(could I stick my dick in the vacuum hole?).
Both ideas are kinda dumb but the weed idea (for me) at least made think about what my mom’s life is like day to day. The alcohol idea just made me think about how I was going to explain this to a doctor.
Inevitably anything you do on drink ends up with you either feeling embarrsed or in some cases, ashamed the next day lol. The drunker you are the worse decisions you make and stupidity overtakes any creativity. On the other hand on weed, sometimes i can be too wasted, locked to the couch to do anything, but, if im in he middle of something that requires tunnel vision type focus, and i have the right weed, i have had some very productive days/ late nights on the weed...im a coder by the way
I’m with this 100% although I think some of the shame and embarrassment following a drinking session is chemically exacerbated. I’ve had almost debilitating anxiety hungover (I’m a pretty anxious guy anyway) over the littlest things sometimes.
Although not a coder in its purest sense, my job requires me to solve technical problems on a wide range of systems, platforms and languages (i.e trawling Stack Overflow) and I find that cannabis absolutely helps with my understanding of more complex issues which seem out of reach sober.
I don’t know if there’s something going on with the clever part of my brain doing it’s work or just the tuning out of the days noise that helps but time and again a stoned me trumps my sober self in certain situations.
Note that the clever part of my brain has never shown itself on drink……
100% agree, Alcohol has only even damaged lives, dampens your conscisous and numbs. Psychedelics on the other hand, opens your mind, connects us with the universe and encourages us to work on ourselves for the better. Our LSD and weed journeys have only ever encouraged us to open our hearts and mind, highlighing our common values and a drive to work together for a better world :-)
Love, connection and Peace to all our brothers, sisters and all sentient beings ❤️
Ignore this if you’ve already tried it, but have you tried some of the stronger sativa strains? They can make you super productive and creative at the same time. My faves for this are blue cheese and wedding cake. I haven’t tried loads of strains but of the ones I have tried- these seem to work best (for me anyway!) Happy New Yurrr
Speaking for myself. Cannabinoids and ethanol can achieve more psychedelic effects together than each on their own. It's truly amazing, how trippy it can get, as far as not too much alcohol is taken. Ideally have a beer or little wine, but no shots.
I’m sure this is an old post but I’ll chip in anyway-
I smoke to get stoned but I usually don’t drink to get drunk and I think that’s the difference. Drinking great quality booze in reasonable quantities with convivial company can easily be more creative than some of the daft bolloxsh I come out with when I’m high 😂
Since i start smoking and found out about LB instead of the cops knocking the door i have the RM guy who also smiles at me. Alchool is out of my life now. Smoking for me works for almost everything creativity , studying, chilling and going to sleep.
Ah, the battle of creativity: Weed vs Alcohol! Let's dive into this humorous showdown and explore their effects on our imaginative powers.
Picture yourself with a bottle of alcohol in one hand and a joint in the other. Now, let's see how these two contenders fare in the realm of creativity.
In the red corner, we have Alcohol! Ah, alcohol, the liquid courage that can turn any karaoke night into a memorable disaster. With alcohol, your creative juices might flow like a babbling brook, but beware! As you take more sips, your inhibitions get tossed out the window, and your brilliant ideas start sounding like they were concocted by a sleep-deprived squirrel. Suddenly, you find yourself convinced that creating a masterpiece is as simple as slapping paint on a canvas with your face. Oh, the grand illusions alcohol can bring!
And in the green corner, we have Weed! Ah, the herb of inspiration, the philosopher's puff. Weed takes you on a wild ride, where mundane objects transform into extraordinary wonders. Colors become brighter, and your imagination sets sail on a cloud of fluffy thoughts. Suddenly, you find yourself engrossed in a deep conversation with a tree, discussing the mysteries of the universe, or sketching masterpieces that you'll definitely finish... tomorrow. Yes, weed may lead you down a path filled with endless possibilities, but completing your creative endeavors can sometimes become as probable as winning the lottery with a ticket made of cheese.
Now, both contenders have their pros and cons when it comes to creativity. Alcohol might give you the audacity to explore new ideas, but be prepared for your masterpiece to look like a finger painting done by a tipsy toddler. Weed, on the other hand, may open the doors of perception, but don't be surprised if you find yourself reorganizing your sock drawer instead of finishing that groundbreaking novel.
So, who wins the creativity showdown? Well, my friend, that's for you to decide. Whether you choose to sip a cocktail or light up a joint, remember that true creativity comes from within, and sometimes the most brilliant ideas can arise from the most unexpected places – like that half-eaten burrito you forgot in the fridge. So, keep those creative gears turning, have a good laugh, and embrace the quirkiness that makes you unique!
That's a good idea. Especially if its strong stuff and they would need a good unlimited supply...... I grew up on Germany as my Dad was in the forces there during the cold War. The American forces personnel used to have a smoke to help relieve stress. They got it very very cheaply sort of legitimately as it was shipped to the them (not sure from where), but America shipped out whiskey and beer free of charge to the American troops .
To gain knowledge or maybe its just a game you gotta figure out how to play to get to the next level? A simulation of a simulation suggests to me that maybe something went wrong in the past or maybe its just a soul trap. Too many avenues of thought lol
Dinner is midday, tea is evening - proof that I'm not 'posh' and anyone saying different is 😂. And it's clearly a 'cob'! After living all over I finally moved back 20 miles away from where I grew up - and get nothing but blank stares when asking for a 'cob'! 🤷♂️😂. Round here, excessive perspiration is known as 'sweating cobs'! Do you posh types sweat baps or rolls? Or, like Prince Andrew, do you not sweat at all?!!! 😉😂. And, btw, tea last night was a homemade vegetarian jambalaya, with Gorilla Glue and Berry Burst for afters! Cheers 👍
Not sure about main that’s up to the individual but I would agree but the main point is evening ha ha ha
Technically supper is traditionally served prior retiring a for the evening 🥱
Supper if we are all truthful is reading the fridge and cupboards because your munchied out ya tits lol 😂 just don’t mix up the chocolate with ElevatedEats chocolate or sweet goods when preparing supper
People believe the holy temp is 710, it is in carcinogenic cases. Anything over 700 is harmful, burns it to shreds anyway. Extracts are getting safer, they've even been removing them from dispensaries since 'CRC' is around. So legally they have to be made safer to be sold.
Nature has a safety net design, if you make something unnatural, it breaks the inherent safety net. Thats why it’s impossible to eat too much iron from leafy greems amd u cant overdose on flower amd mushrooms
I'd like to share some valuable information about the benefits of magnesium in addressing twitches or muscle spasms. Magnesium plays a crucial role in muscle function and overall neuromuscular health. It is involved in various physiological processes that help maintain the proper functioning of nerves and muscles.
When it comes to twitches, magnesium acts as a natural muscle relaxant. It helps regulate the balance of calcium and potassium in the body, which is essential for muscle contraction and relaxation. Insufficient levels of magnesium can disrupt this balance, leading to muscle hyperexcitability and an increased likelihood of experiencing twitches or spasms.
By ensuring an adequate intake of magnesium, you can potentially reduce the frequency and intensity of twitches. Magnesium supplements or increasing magnesium-rich foods in your diet can be effective strategies. However, it is always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplements or making significant dietary changes.
In addition to its muscle relaxant properties, magnesium also contributes to overall stress reduction and relaxation. It aids in calming the nervous system, promoting a sense of calmness and tranquility. This can indirectly benefit individuals experiencing twitches, as stress and anxiety often exacerbate muscle twitching.
It's important to note that while magnesium can be helpful, it may not be a universal solution for everyone. Twitches can have various underlying causes, such as electrolyte imbalances, nerve damage, or medication side effects. Therefore, it is essential to have a comprehensive evaluation by a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause of your twitches and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
Remember, this information is meant to provide general guidance, and individual cases may vary. Consulting with a healthcare professional is always recommended to receive personalized advice tailored to your specific needs.
I twitch when I'm high too, not just my leg though, can be my arms or head as well.
My mate (not a stoner) says its my body's internal workings responding to the effects of pot, pot having X effect and the body responding in the only way it knows how to... which is like the body apparently thinks it needs to fight whatever is happening and the result is weird twitching.
Oxford philosopher Nick Bostrum: "members of an advanced civilization with enormous computing power might decide to run simulations of their ancestors. They would probably have the ability to run many, many such simulations, to the point where the vast majority of minds would actually be artificial ones within such simulations, rather than the original ancestral minds. So simple statistics suggest it is much more likely that we are among the simulated minds."
Sorry if I'm late to this conversation... I just could NOT not reply to such an intriguing question.
Personally, I do not think we are in one. We think, feel, act based off our own choices - Decartes said it best: "I think, therefore I am".
Our universe - regardless if possibly only one amongst an incalculable sum in the omniverse - is complex, to say the least. There are rules and foundations so intricate which seemingly have no boundaries. Our universe expands at such a rate, that to keep such a simulation running would require far more energy than it gives back... Energy is not infinite, keep that in mind.
A civilisation capable of such a simulation would be nigh-omnipotent, capable of creating their own universes and would literally be revered as 'Godly'.
Even then, living in such a 'simulation' is no longer just living as slaves to your nigh-omnipotent architects; we have free will of thought and action, and therefore what may seem a simulation is actually our reality - we have no 'life' outside this one, if we are in a simulation.
It is far better to accept this as your reality, not through comfort nor apathy, than to spend whatever intellectual capacity one may have on breaking impossible-to-reach barriers.
Even knowing that you are in one, should that be the case, will not enlighten your life any further; if anything, it may motivate you to end your 'life' if for no reason but to 'escape' such a slavery.
Whatever the case, whether a simulation or not, and if you really are just a number in some universal scale, this is your home. You will not escape it, and even if you did would you really want to? We do not know what exists outside our universe, in the outer verse, never mind in a non-simulation...
There is no comparison between what is real and isn't, when all your 'life' has been but only one perspective and you shall live not knowing if there really is another side....
Focus on your reality and make it better, rather than trying to escape it. :)
All is revealed when you dose up on the dmt research chemical or plants/bark etc....and the people that have...know .... and those that do not partake in such chemicals or natural dmt, are still asking the questions. Simply put ... dmt shows you whats really going on. In my experience and understanding and many years navigating this 'life'. :)
It is an interesting thought that we are just a simulation. And on a very basic level that is true, consciousness is more than we understand and if you believe the theory that energy is omnipotent then there is a good chance we chose to have our electrical energy trapped inside a decaying bag of water to experience this dimension, possibly one of the draw backs is we have to get our memories wiped or we go insane as we are not used to feelings, senses and emotions in our electrical energy form. Yes i have had 3 Ayahuasca sessions with shaman back in the early 80`s and travelled to another realm entwined with this one,the question is was it real or all a hallucination, yes it is as bad as they say on the bowels. But one thing for sure you never look at this reality the same again.
Is very true and the science backs it up, the only question is can tech get that far, or will the "great filter" catch us first? I have a feeling they may be linked, and so the answer lies in the question.
the Matrix represented a cosmic framework that interconnected all aspects of existence. It was a multidimensional web that encompassed the spiritual, astral, and physical realms. According to Dee, this Matrix served as a conduit through which one could access hidden knowledge, communicate with celestial beings, and gain profound insights into the mysteries of the universe.
Dee believed that the Matrix contained a vast reservoir of information and secrets, waiting to be unveiled by those who possessed the wisdom and the means to tap into it. Through various mystical practices, such as scrying and angelic invocations, Dee sought to penetrate the layers of the Matrix and unlock its hidden treasures.

Knowing how it turned out for them? Probably not, but if VR MMO's ever become a real, affordable thing i'd definitely give it a go. SOA was my favourite anime for ages, did not like it as much re-watching it sadly.
Also, I know nobody asked but isn't it all over the place? Going from an MMO to a Fairy MMO to a Shooter MMO all the while kind of glossing over all them feelings about being forced to survive in a game, or never REALLY getting to sort out what was going on outside the game.
I loved them don't get me wrong, but it kind of felt a bit all over the place after S1.
Yeah I agree that was like the whole premise for it, I don't know whether there was a Manga before when all the other worlds came out or whether they just finished S1 and some angry Japanese feller comes in with a ciggy hanging out his mouth "NEXT SEASON THINK OF SOMETHING GO!"
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER: I wasn't fussy on any series after 1 but the kid with AIDS hit me harder than I thought it would. I'm getting soft in my old age.
Honestly that’s what it seemed like, they should’ve just prolonged season 1 bc the story line was so much better, maybe an episode or two per level would’ve made sense. And yeah sometimes the storylines have a way of hitting the feels like the chimera in full metal alchemist 😭
laws are made to be challanged just ask borris. me neibour has complained twice so i bought a huge carbon filter and it still gets into his house ffs now im masking the smell with incence sticks. i a, sorry for him but i chain smoke all day every day so going outside to smoke just wont work so we at a stalmate cos i wint stop the one activity i do that benifits every cell in my body. this guy is 65 years old and just anti all illegal drugs lol. his idea how to get me to stop was to verbaly threaten me with a thump haha since that threat i now couldnt give a fuck if its getting inti his castle. clearly he has no concept of live n let live. must add that he can only smell it when the wind blows in his direction but i have news for him i dont contril the weather dood! Peace!
Is there a need for that? Both can co-exist without making the other the bad one. Everyone should just do what they like. The issue that i am more concerned with is that those who consume aren't treated the same. Even in many so called legal areas social acceptance is still far from what it is let's say towards tobacco, alcohol, video games or social media addictions.
But anyways, bless the non-stroners - more goodness for us.
