If you’re on an iPhone when on the main items page, you can type in what you’re looking for in the website address bar, try to keep it limited to one word.

It happened to so many people bro, I think it was just inactivity after RM strikes and now vendors that are coming back just have to be patient for 2 weeks before showing up on the pages 💯

My transaction still hasn't been confirmed and I've received no response from transaxe, if I cancel my order will the btc come back to my wallet??
Yes, but that’s dependent on the coin having actually got here. Have you approached transaxe via Chat on their page? They are normally pretty responsive…
I sent a message to 'transaxe support' 2 days ago and got no response and when I go to the 'mempool' using the transaction ID in my wallet the ETA fluctuates from anywhere between 18 minutes to several hours, it seems to go up and down by the minute??
ETA will keep on fluctuating because transactions with higher paid fee will skip the line and will be put infront of your transaction..
Basically your transaction fees are too low for the BTC network to process at the moment..
all you can do is wait for now but you can goto mempool.space and view exactly which block your transaction is in and the ETA.. also it will tell you the Sats/vB you used for the transaction and with that info you can work out how long roughly your transaction will take to process.

If you cancel your order and the send instruction completes you will get your coin returned. I’m just surprised that the order hasn’t timed out anyway if the coin has not been received. If it had been received then your order status would update to Paid.
Either ŷour exchange or transaxe need to talk to you to confirm where your coin is. I hope it magically falls in to place but be assured that any coin that arrives here will not be lost to you. Good luck🤞

Hi everyone.
I put an order into 2 vendors at around 1/2am yesterday and all was well. Bitcoin had been received and was just waiting for the vendors to mark as paid and then send the items.
The day goes by and nothing changes, but the coin is still marked as received by transaxe until now. I am now being told to send the coin again, even though it has already left my wallet.
I checked the transaction in my wallet and I get a "No transaction found with the hash". Coin still gone from my wallet.
Extremely confused and unsure if I have actually lost my coin. One vendor has responded telling me they haven't received it either.
Any help?

Just copy&paste your BTC Transaction I.D or Hash I.D into Mempool.space and it should locate your transaction and give you a Rough ETA on when transactions will be processed.
(Also little white arrow shows you which block your transaction is in on the blockchain)

Little update on it all. Payment will end up going through, it's just going to take a bit longer.

The vendor does not receive your coin (it will be paid to him by transaxe after 16 days as part of the escrow service). Transaxe marks your order as Paid as soon as the coin is received by them and passes the order details to the vendor. There can be a long wait from you sending your coin and it being received dependent on how busy the blockchain is, although it’s normally less than an hour.

When I click "pay reminder", it tells me to send the full amount to a wallet address despite having already done this last night. I have no coin in my wallet as it has already been sent.

Vendor doesn't recieve it but that's besides the point. Check recent transactions to see if they are marked pending. Could be an issue with fees being too low'. Hope you get this sorted bud
The issue is that it was marked as received by transaxe, the norm is then the vendor would mark is at paid and then send it.
I checked it a few minutes before this post and now transaxe hasn't received any of the payment, despite it previously confirming they had and the coin gone from my wallet.

So I just got a random voice note saying my financial activities are being investigated and a warrant has been issued for my arrest lol. I genuinely panicked to begin with but looked it up and saw that it’s a common scam thats been floating around recently worded the same. Towards the end of the voicenote it said “press 1 to get more info” without that beep noise instead it just resets when you press 1 and says the same thing.
Anyone else had this? I’m still sort of worried stupidly.

Apparently it’s to do with HMRC supposedly but wasn’t stated on the voice note, maybe it would of said that if I answered the call originally? The msg I received was worded exactly the same as the scam proof online about it in the last 3 months. This still ruined my day🙄

Yes it does work I've done a few time ordered from tor browser and still let me do everything. And order still goes through fine just more making sure you do right copy and pasting etc but does still work with vendors. Just not the lsd vendor for some reason but works with others with my experience. Bless

I was having a blast on cryptopay until lloyds started declining my payments which was really annoying.. i had to keep adding little amounts because of fees and stuff.. knew it would bite me in the ass.

Got myself a virtual Revolut card, transferred funds to it from my Virgin account, with no fee's, then bought btc from Cryptopay, no problem's so far.

I have the basic card from Cryptopay, its £1 a month fees and not had any issues so far transferring money in either direction. I also bank with Lloyds so your experience would be helpful.

and ah yes the card on there from them is the info i needed also, might have to look into it anyways or even ask one of the staff on the site, always active in working hours. As Minty has said Revolut are supposedly crypto friendly, just tx to there from your Lloyds and buy the coin via revolut?
I am on Blockchain and have no issues using my Lloyds account. Fees are around £3 per £100. Did for a little while but all good again. Just topped up so I can buy some more stuff this week.

What's the best thing to do (apart from smoke) when you receive vacuum packed orders. I feel as if I leave it open for a couple of days the smell matures as apose to straight out of the pack?

Smell leaks if you don't vac pack fully tight and vac packs ruin every weed. even the best of the best one quick vac pack and it comes out liek bush hay weed from the 80's. - If left for like 3-4 weeks or few months it goes fire again.
Not necessarily, we have a plug that sends cross Atlantic and they don't vac too tight. Had stuff sitting in customs for up to a month before and received them smell-less. I think as long as the heat seal is done properly you're safe

Gotta agree witth PoP, I've received vacuum packs that are not too tight and the flower comes out as just a nice as it was put in and I've also had vacuum packs that have come super tight and the flower has stuck together and made it look strange but the actual smoke was still 10/10, just effect the look of the flower which once it's smoked doesn't really matter anyways.
Not much you can do, I guess if a vendor packages too tight you could message or just not use that vendor

Tried to make an order, sent the crypto it’s gone out my account but when I checked 5 hours later the order was still in my cart asking for an address but the money is gone. So put my address in and now it’s asking for payment that I’ve already made.
What do I do? I’ve tried all the help options messages the sellers I bought from but they don’t seem to care. The money is gone and there is no corresponding order for it.

Maybe you order without been logged in. Then when you went back to your homepage maybe it stil showing on that. Think it has sent my mate
Definitely logged in cos when I logged in and went to check on it the order was in my cart but it had taken the money.
Send Transaxe Support a message include the btc address you paid to and the order id they should be able to help.
I don’t have the full address I sent or the original order id so there is not much I can do

Use this to contact transaxe via Chat on their page.
In any event contact them as they can check your order history from your account name.
Provided the address you sent it to was one generated by transaxe you will get your coin back or order processed….

So I bit the bullet and paid the OTT fees at 4am (during a nightshift 🤣) and sent payment immediately. Woke up and as of now it's still no change. Anyone else in the same boat? This has put me past the deadline for the vendor and I'm now unlikely to get it this week I guess.
As of now (12/5/23, 8am uk) I've had no response from transaxe and nothing from the vendor who hasn't responded at all since my first message yesterday. How long do Transaxe take to respond? I'm not prepared to risk another £150 for this so I won't be using the site until it's resolved unfortunately and I'm disappointed the vendor hasn't even acknowledged me.
Go to your order and click pay remainder it will tell you if its been received yet and just waiting on confirmation
Did you manage to get anywhere with this missing payment mate? I have same issue BTC taken from my coinbase wallet and transaction to seller appears on the blockchain but not received by seller and order on LB showing as unpaid. Have tried messaging transaxe but no response so far.
Yeah I had it back after 7 days in total. This was amidst the network problems roo. You will get it back for sure.
I got a response from Transaxe Support. Sent details of where I'd sent BTC, order number etc and although it was over the course of a few days.
Ok thanks mate already sent them all that info in first message but no response yet I'll keep my fingers crossed

not sure if anyone could shed any light on this or if you've experienced a similar thing? I placed an order 2 weeks back, transferred coin from coinbase, to edge wallet and then finally to vendors wallet.
LB order still marked as unpaid but received....went onto blockchair and seen the transaction is still stuck on pending as there is a moderate security breach because I transferred from my account to another one of my accounts? will this transaction eventually go through or do I need to do something? nightmare! any help would be greatly appreciated....unwillingly having a tolerance break as no local plugs. fml

Yep the transaction will go through you just need to find out how much btc fees in Sats/vB that was used to make the transaction then you can work out when and which block your transaction will be added to..

Vendor can’t help you as all funds held in escrow for 16 days. Transaxe will sort it though, just connect via Chat on their page (below) and quote order #:

Transaxe support, it will be refunded, takes 3-5 days. Happened to me few months ago, it's a fucking nightmare when it happens.

Is it possible to leave a review and/or a score for a vendor's service if they cancel the order after it's paid for, or can you only do this once the item is sent?

It wouldn't be to score on an item but on the service received. For example, a vendor cancelled my order with the reason that I was a first time buyer and he didn't accept orders from first time buyers because lots of other first time buyers had been telling him that their order hadn't arrived. However, he did not say on his manifesto that he didn't sell to first time buyers, which he should have, as people will lose money in blockchain fees and other potential losses such as the refunded bitcoin having lower value than when purchased for the payment of the item.
They should state that they don't sell to new buyers very clearly, but as PP has said, the best thing to do for new members on here is to communicate with the seller.
It's always best to send a quick message explaining your situation before you buy.

You are right that vendors who are noob sensitive should clearly state that is the case on their page.
You can make a comment to that effect by creating a topic on their page.
The solution is to message your vendor of choice before placing an order to get clearance.

Yes I understand what you're saying mate, and I agree they should put it in their manifesto clearly stating that, however, this post does kind of validate their hesitation on dealing with new customers.
There are alot of vendors who don't accept first time buyers, but agreed, should be stated, as most already do. My first order was from someone who didn't accept first time buyers, but ended up sending after a few words. Most vendors are genuinely excellent, the whole concept of Biggy is based on trust, hence the product reviews. Reviewing a vendor before receiving their product is just likely to get the trolls destroying their reputation because of one thing or another.
Agree with Anon1385 completely, There is alot of hassle involved with new buyers not understanding how this service works & alot of vendors dont & shouldnt have to deal with this, This is the reason you cant rate a product you haven't even tried.
Reccomend upping your buys with a vendor who will sell to first time buyers.

It's the way the site is designed. Probably using frames which are a given width. As the threads build, more replies under a comment, it tabs each response. But can only do so much before hitting the width limit.

I cancelled an order I made and when it asked for a legacy account I didn't understand and went around and sent a bitcoin address I didn't have access to I quickly realised my mistake and deleted the message and sent a new one with an address I can actually use but I'm still worried that my refund is gonna be sent to the other does have any info or tips to make sure it gets sent to right address
would be shit if put in wrong addy and neighbour gets it but realised u are on about the btc address lulz
Sadly I received a message saying the bitcoin was sent and to the wrong address and transaxe support hasn't replied or read my message so im pretty sure I've lost my refund

Can anyone help, trying to pay in the same way I usually do. Had $105 in my trust wallet, trying to pay $90 to vendor and keeps coming up with dust error…so thought I needed more in, my account now has $190 in and it still won’t let me pay, saying dust error still 😭😭😭
They want $32 fees…for $90! That’s obscene. Any way around it? Is it likely to change soon?
If your btc is already in Trustwallet then sorry you gotta wait probably 12-24 more hours for fees to calm down..
See if there’s any options to adjust the fee? And if so then adjust it until you see your fee is around 22sats/vB that’s the minimum amount needed (at this current time) to get included to the next block.

Sounds like you weren't logged in or you timed out during the payment. If this is the case your vendor will have received the order but it won't show up your end. You won't be able to review the order either!
Just contact the vendor you used with what you bought and weight, approx time and the details you put on the address section and they can locate you easy enough mate.

Was buying BTC from coingate ( i've had two Oz's off hear) then they started asking for ID .... Anyone got a way round this as i want to order again ?? but i can't buy BTC and the P2P sites are really confusing i just wanna put my Card in and transfer to exodus .....
Pretty much every exchange requires ID, since you’re sending it to Exodus anyway the exchange does not know you’re buying here so the ID part doesn’t really matter. Your method is already more secure than most who just send directly from their exchange wallet.
