Recently my profile is showing 100% disputed for orders. I have 25+ orders and I'm actually closer to 50 buys. I've had 1 dispute in that time and that appeared as 2-3% on my profile. Using Brave browser on both PC and android/google pixel 7 and get the same issue. Thanks

Yeah man it's obviously a bug. No vendor is going to see the amount of buys we both have and think I'm disputing every single order and you've done half of yours. Pretty sure we would be blacklisted long before now!
I've wondered about this , I had a nightmare with a vendor a few months ago so obviously had to open a dispute and I rightfully won. I know of at least 2 other people who had the same issues and won disputes.. the vendor still has 0% disputes so the system is obviously not accurate or vendors have a way round it.... Mine is also at 50% was previously 2%
Lol hell no dude .. if you bong the isolator back to back.. one day after another it totally fucks up your tolerance and you need to smoke double the amount of isolator to get the same high as your 1st time..

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature but I had an issue with a vendor which was resolved and now I’d like to delete a post/topic/comment but the delete option has disappeared is there a time limit for deletion or can I request it gets deleted? Thanks
Spent the last hour trying to place an order, missed the cut off now. It tells me fields are required but I have filled them in, doesn’t matter what order I do them in. Or it just says Error try again later. I have updated everything and saved the cookie. I expect it will start working again eventually but if not, what can we do, where can we go, is there a backup?
Thanks! I’ve been using Society & Onion/Tor since the last hiccup, and did logout/reload & update the required Orbot VPN before asking. It was flakey for a bit though, I’m a pretty old hand at this and work for one of the ISPs so I don’t think it was me, but anyway I did not realise the main one was back so I will try that for a bit. Hey guys just wondering if any other vendors are getting this when you go to visibility in the settings section Ours is showing as exclude from people wall An is not allowing us to change as button is greyed out. any help would be greatly appreciated
Paid full amount, amount owed changed drastically.
Was asked to pay 0017 and paid it (Little confirms the amount was paid). Owed amount has now changed to 0071? From a few hundred to thousands? I've contacted both vendors but one says partially and the other says unpaid. I have screen shots of all transactions. How do I resolve this?
I made an order the other day and as soon as the payment was confirmed I didn't check LB to see confirmation but I assumed it worked since payment had gone through. Checked today and there's no sign of the order at all, nothing on orders tab, no confirmation and nothing in cart. Possible bug?
Yeah, the btc is gone, payment went through fairly quickly. I've contacted vendor, don't have an order number since the order doesn't exist but I have all of the crypto proof if i have to contact transaxe support, hopefully gets sorted soon. Appreciate it
I've had this exact thing happen to me a few days back ...I have to message transaxle about it. There was no record at all and I sent the bitcoin and its gone . And on top of this now I've ran out of weed ...fun times lol
Did you resolve this issue? I've placed two orders and for the full amount. One says partially paid whilst the other is unpaid. I paid the full amount and then the site has drastically changed the amount and asking for the rest? I screen shot it all but nothings changed for over twelve hours.
There is currently no search bar on LB but there has always been a work around, which is, to use the Find In Page function in your browser to look for the item you're looking for.
This is no longer an option as it seems there has been an update that prevents this from happening. I can imagine this being a pain for people that know what they're looking for and don't want to look at every other listing on here.
LB could you please implement a search function or revert the update please? 🙏
All that we need is another tab added to the top of the items page along with “hot <$50” etc. that contains the full items page. I’m not into coding but search bars have notoriously been entry points for vulnerabilities!
I assume they reduced the amount of listings to increase performance with this update however having the option of a slow page that shows all items is definitely worthwhile as you said! 🙏🤖
It's not that they've reduced them or removed items from the wall. If you scroll down everything is still there but it's like some kind of lazy loader has been implemented. Like you say, this is most likely to increase performance but it removes the only work around that stops things being a bot a jumble sale. Hope there's a fix 🙏
Completely agree. It's now very difficult to find specific things, even though the design looks much slicker. Unfortunately it's not much use when things are harder to find. I swear I'm seeing less vendors too, and I'm not sure which tab (if any) has all of the items in it?
Plus, this is irritating too: previously if you scrolled the wall and clicked on an item that interested you, when you clicked back you'd go back to that item's place on the wall and you could continue scrolling down. Now when you click on an item and click back it reloads the wall and brings you to the top again. That is possibly even worse with regards to searching and, most importantly, buying, as it makes it a bit of a chore and very off-putting. Hoping for a fix too!
There was a hack at weekend that LB responded to swiftly but did have to lock some accounts down. As I understand they are getting unlocked. Not sure how long rhe process takes but they're on it and handled it.
I'm glad it's not just me that has found it to be a problem. It means it's more likely to get fixed.
I believe they're unrelated, but its very coincidental timing. Borg response was rapid and superb. Cleanup of posts on here from vendors to presumably keep any MO as quiet as possible, at least for future searches.
I'd suggest everyone checks their tokens (mine was fine) whether they're vendor or keen user of the referral system. Is your Transaxe login the same as your LB one? If so, do you think that's wise? I wasn't caught our last month when seemingly almost everyone was logged out because of this. Why is it happening, and with multiple issues lately? Follow the money...
Hi, my items wall will no longer load anything, its just a white screen below all the usual header text, I've tried letting it load for 5-10mins with no luck. All the other pages work, like profile,people, topics but not items, only way I can order is to go to a previous transaction and click the sellers name but I have no way of discovering new products and vendors.Any help would be greatly appreciated
Chrome, MacOS here. the ajax results are keeping like a few results at any one time and then deleting that element when scrolled past. So the search/find in page doesn't work as its only theoretically showing 4-5 items at a time.
Ditch the Ajax results and lazy load only the images if this is the searchless route LB wants.
Send any and all details/information avaliable to you that is relevant for the order. Nothing else you can do other then cross your fingers and wait if not. Have you reached out to the vendor/ mentioned who it is as that might offer more insight. Stuff doesnt work out/flow perfect always so hold tight.

I placed an order with a vendor I have used before. I filled out everything up to the point where I paid. The payment went through and when I went back to my orders page on my account there was no record of my order. I contacted the vendor and they say they cant do anything without an order code. all I have is the payment I made with bitcoin. Any way I can get the payment back?
Yeah this just happened to me. Thanks for the History tip. If you are able to get back to your order confirmation (via web history) then you should see a "Link Order To Account" in red near the bottom which when clicked will make it show up again in your orders list.
Same thing happened to me, I was logged in, went to do an order. By the time I did the payment and came back to check, it said it was received and the page refreshed leaving me logged out. Vendor said they have no record of it, but the bitcoin transaction went through.
Edit - found some helpful advice on a similar comment thread. Login to your account, then Go back into your browser history, good chance that the order no is still there, and it will get added to your account.
Sounds like you were logged out when the order was placed. But to get the payment info needed to make a payment you'll have had to have put down an address and select postage so the vendor will still have the order. Sounds fishy, unless I'm missing something? Just my 2c as I've sent payment myself before without being logged in so the order doesn't appear on LB account.
Hi, I have tried this on a Mac and an IOS device, both using the Safari browser. I have added a number of times to my cart, but when attempting to make payment the page times out, I have tried cancelling the order several times, and starting again, but the issue remains, thanks
it would seem like the case bud... its kinda frustrating as all i did was make a mistake but it still shows,,, i mean if you think its not good for us as individuals as it may encourage vendors to canc our orders as they may think they wont get reviewed etc.. that sucks as vendors rely on reviews from us to boost their pages..
ive never had a order canx but it may be a problem for new users as stated above.
Seriously buddy, it’s meaningless stats… The % reviewed number means nothing to man or beast. Why would it?…you are free to review or not (a lot of Biggas don’t even log in to order so are unable to review even if they wanted to).
Hands up any vendor who cancels orders from Biggas with a low review record?
Same here. When i press pay, message pops up saying i need to 'wait to make another order'. So impossible to make an order. Been over 24hrs now. Was gonna try without being logged in, but thats not possible anymore. Broken, much??
Hello everyone, I've been loving the community here being able to buy top quality goods! I finally decided to try my hand at selling my own quality product but keep on getting this message. I have used safari and also firefox but still same message. What am I doing wrong? I did a trial run yesterday with a mock sale to make sure everything was in order so I was able to upload a sale yesterday..but after deleting it and starting over properly it now has this error :-( Any help much appreciated !
It’s because if it hasn’t arrived on day 9 after showing as sent the dispute button appears. The assumption is that if it hasn’t arrived after 9 days then it may not be coming and you should dispute to protect your coin. This is solid for UK orders but yes allowance needs to be made for international. If you can’t record the actual number and are hung up on accuracy then mention it in words in the review.
Hi this is my second account. I opened an account two days ago. Placed an order but got logged out after some time. I thought Apple will save the password but it didn’t . Can someone guide me as to how to reset my password on my main account as I’m getting emails from littlebiggy about updates of the orders I paced . Thank you
I agree with the incredibly slow loading times. I've noticed it's typically on vendors pages who have alot of threads / topics to load. If you go to a newer vendor, or someone with not many threads / comments, it seems to load fine ( in my experience ).
I wonder if there's a way LB can limit the amount of threads that have to load when you first view a vendors page? And maybe add a "see more" option at the bottom to look further if you wish. But loading EVERYTHING they have ever posted seems to be the main cause of the slow loading times for me (I'm using a new android device so it's unlikely a hardware issue)
i have a problem on text input for example this post, when the text box opens the way the page then zooms is a freak show, and the auto correction does not work maybe its the way its defined in the code. i'd be happy to contribute to the bounty if anyone fixes this.
You are correct 24601, I realised afterwards that it's embedded in my shares. I err towards caution here. Still I appreciate the bump very much. That code is causing the error, but it's prefilled from a system generated setting I cannot remove. The screenshot is to evidence that there's an issue, those with the capacity to assist are welcome to require the offending token.
Hello, There appears to be an issue when trying to use the PGP functionality when placing an order. I've used the seller's public PGP key to encrypt my message, but the error "buyerPgpKey: public key does not support encryption" is appearing in the console... I'm not sure this is an issue with the key itself, as it's a seller I've used in the past. It also references the "BuyerPgpKey" key, but I thought this was optional (I've added my public key anyway, but no luck).
Please can this be looked into? I'm a little hesitant to place future orders without the ability to use PGP, and I'm sure others are, too.
