Been buying for a while now, but noticed the lack of e-juice on the market.
Decided to create my own formula, currently still in testing, adjusting, but I'm very close to an end-product now.
(And if things go well, I hope to add lots of different products with varying potency and flavours)
I was hoping to get some tips from regular sellers, does anyone have some advice for a newbie?
I look forward to my LB adventure. :)

Maybe that's why then. You are limiting your market to US only. I expect it to be slow from US due to it nearly being fully legal over there. Where as in the UK its not, so its much harder to get a hold of things. Can I ask why is it only US? Just had a look and your vapes look decent!
We would be open shipping to other countries. We just worry the cost of shipping would make it not worth it to the consumer overseas. but should look into it more

I'm about to place my first order (low value, around £100) and I'm using Bittylicious to buy the BTC. I've also setup a Mycelium wallet on my phone. Should I send the coins I buy from Bittylicious to my Mycelium wallet then to the seller? Or is it OK to send from Bittylicious straight to the sellers wallet? Thanks in advance for any help/advice!
I always send to my own wallet first, then pay from there. I don't want exchanges to link things directly to Transaxe.
This is best practice. Separate as much as possible. Avoid things being linked back to any place that does KYC
I'd recommend an Exodus (or similar non-KYC) wallet for that. I use it for all Transaxe referral payments. Just paid for some weed with it! $21 in fees to smash all those tiny payments together to make the $65 transfer, and the vendor can then use it as normal without that massive ballache. Doing the Lord's work here. The Mempool graphic of it is amusing.
As others have said it best practice to send to a wallet.

I’ve used a separate bank account to my ‘usual’ one just for transactions with BTC and I’ve never had an issue in 4 years usage with Bittylicious. And the mods there are ultra helpful.
No bank interference, no knocks on the door, no one being nosy etc.

Thanks all, will look into a new wallet. Mycelium charged me for each transfer which made sending the correct BTC impossible!

Hello to all you vendors out there. I wanted to ask all of you, what you think is an acceptable time frame to respond to messages. I've been using a few new vendors recently and have had mixed response times. I had an issue with an order being underweight and have received no response in nearly 48 hours, despite messages being read. The name of the vendor is irrelevant right now, as I believe there has been a mix up, which 9 times out of 10 is the cause of most issues. However, what do you vendors (and buyers) consider to be an acceptable response time?
We respond relatively quickly to any messages/post responses. It all depends though mate. The seller may well be swamped with enquiries, order etc. Then life gets in the way also.
But saying that, as a seller you should at least aim for 24 - 48 hours reply rate.

Soon as I get notification of message it will get responded with 5 mins. JJ & DGT
DGT & JJ respond very quickly. And an absolute touch that they send a message once package has been delivered to make sure everything was ok with the order.

Always had top notch comms from JJ&DrGT, and in the unlikely event of something not right, they sort it.
personally I'd say same day. vendors are online taking orders etc, even if you don't have an answer for the customer, its important to acknowledge you've received their msg, otherwise bad reviews will follow...this would go for any online retailer regardless of legality.
this being said - I'd happily wait 48hr before the worry kicks in 😅
the fact that they're new vendors may also have an impact on response times. trying to find their feet in a new Environment. most are here to do good business and retain loyalty.

The vendors messaging system can get overflowed easily, But yes 48 hours is long enough (If the message is one that needs a reply)

24h should be the right response time! Unfortunately, this is often not the case. I think it is very important to reply to messages quickly.

Real life gets in the way sometimes, so I usually allow up to three days, but I'd usually expect a response in two most times.

Usually within the hour. I don’t think 24/48h for responses is acceptable. It’s not hard to set up email notifications.

It all depends really, if you work within a team, 24 - 48 hours should be the norm, if you're selling as an individual 3 days max, anything after that is a red flag (unless some shit went down).

It shouldn’t take longer than 24 hours IMO and certainly no longer than 48 hours. If you’ve been waiting longer than that I think it’s fair enough to be a bit pissed off as one of two things has happened either a) they’re ignoring you intentionally or b) they’ve made an honest mistake and “missed” your message which to be fair isn’t that difficult to do on here. Personally, I’ve always had a response within a few hours to any queries but I generally deal with some of the smaller vendors on here for that exact reason. Also appreciate sellers are busy but all sellers should be willing to put an hour or two aside everyday for dealing with customers, it’s part of the job.
I think I would probably message again after two days although some vendors are just better at dealing with that side of things than others, I've haven't had any situation where the vendor didn't respond at all. I did once get an order sent message after the goods had arrived!
I messaged Canadian Imports, had an order on the go but wanted to be annoying and ask what flowers they had coming out in the near future. They took 3 minutes to reply ill place money on CI being the best vendor on here for bud and range of bud provided...delivery....services.

I check the site every few hours maybe between the hours of 1 am to 7 am you won’t get a message right back but any hours between then I will most likly get back to you within 2 hours at the very most, but everyone different being a buyer previously for many purchases I know the value of quick response so aim to get right back at ya asap
I think 24hrs is asking for too much. Unfortunately, we are not at a stage where you can get bud on Amazon. Yes, regular online businesses should be reactive, but even then, expecting an answer in 24hrs is setting the bar quite high.
Within 72hrs is what I would expect here, after that I start getting worried if it’s to do with an active order. If it’s a general enquiry, I would send another message and hope to hear back within 72hrs again. So nearly a week for a general enquiry would be the most I would wait for. We just have to recognize and appreciate the effort of vendors on here.

Any other vendors having issues? I've got transactions i tried to send since the 30th of august and they still haven't been received. And yes I have already increased fees
Also is there not a way to reduce the transaction size? Every transaction I have coming in is 40mb plus which is ridiculous none of my other transactions elsewhere are even a fraction of that, its costly and takes forever to confirm.

All payments from Transaxe between 31/08 and 04/09 are still pending in the blockchain for me. Payments after this hit 1 of 4 confirmations within an hour. Last time this happened with Transaxe the longest I waited for a payment to hit 1 of 4 confirmations was around 3 weeks.

We're in exactly the same position mate. We added 8 new strains at the beginning of the week (4 days ago) and none of them are in the top 200.
We have made sales on each of the strains but hasn't helped at all. It's frustrating as our menu is the strongest we have had in a long time.

We put a lot of time into our listings, original photos and honest summaries of our experience with each product (not copy and pastes from leafly).
We never involve ourselves in any messy shit or drama/scandals. We've got 0% disputes on nearly 9,500 reviews and new listings don't even land in top 200.
We're not ones to moan but it affects sales significantly when you get zero exposure on new listings. We follow all the guidelines on here to a tee as well, never had any warnings our whole time on here.
We're glad Drugs Inc have got a bit visibility again now though, they're also decent established vendors. Hopefully it's our turn again next.

I am very confused with how transaxe works if someone can please help.
I have 5 transactions that say "pending release" there is an option to change it to "Released"
But im not sure if i have to do that to get my funds. Or if i should just wait and the payments release on their own... ?

That's just a menu option to change the display from what Transaxe is waiting to output to you and what it already has. Have you put a wallet address in to receive payments? Should just be a case of putting that in, clicking Receive 1st Payment, and then payments occur on the times and dates stated on the payments on your account.

Payouts from Transaxe occur at the exact times stated on your account, but, same disclaimer as Blazin, I'm not a vendor so don't know how a sales payout may be different from a referral payout. I have 10 dead ones sitting at the bottom of my referrals that have passed the date, and I assume these were either disputes or cancelled orders or something.

I’m not a vendor but I get referrer payments through Transaxe. I assume that as long as you’ve provided a payment address you should receive the payments on the release date automatically. That’s what happens for me. Apologies if this set up is different for sales.
Also, how can I get folks to refer my products?! I wasn't sure people really did that.

Next to your listings there's a share option. Click on that, copy and paste the link, then share it with people. It has your referral token embedded in it, so you get a percentage if someone clicks on it and buys (buys anything, not just your product).

I understand things can be slow with low fees and high traffic, just wondering (out of curiosity) how long on average other vendors are waiting for btc to hit and confirm.
Every payment I’ve received over the last 3 days is hitting the wallet but is unconfirmed/pending with ETA of "several hours or more". Fairly new vendor so just interested to hear your experiences.

Hiya, the wait times look to go up and down all the time, but, recently, it's been taking 3-5 days for things to go from receiving to cleared in the wallet. I'm pretty sure this is down to low fees from transaxe to vendors wallets, but idk the whole BTS. All I can say is you've def gotta have patience here! It'll come!

HodlHodl and / or AgoraDesk. Peer to peer, no KYC, good couple of people on there offer BTC to cash at a pretty fair rate.

No problem is the most likely answer.
Theoretically LB wallets are flagged (people occasionally claim to be kicked off coin platforms for sending here) so when you cash out through a kyc platform it’s traceable, blockchain records everything forever. Personally I doubt anyone’s got the time and budget for that over a few mushroom sales.
Coin mixing and or p2p cash out would add protection though.

just use a p2p exchange with individual sellers and keep it in the exchanges escrow system. for more security you can mix the coins as many times as you like.

Hello I’ve been trying to get into my transaxe account as I have received some orders. However I had forgot the login and my account is now locked. Anyway to unlock / change my password? Need to ASAP as I have multiple orders. Thanks.
Your best off messaging transaxe directly mate. You can still process orders whilst you wait though. You can't touch your funds for 16 days as a new seller anyway as they are escrowed!
When you go into your messages when it's asking for the person you want just type trasaxe in and it'll come up mate.

I use mycelium wallet which uses Btc Legacy addresses...
Exodus has both normal btc wallet address and Legacy wallet address.. think you just need to swipe right when you at the btc address page to use your Exodus btc Legacy address.
Ledger is not compatible with transaxe.

Hang in the Skuda the wall will give u some love, try to understand the algo push yourself to the top as most buyers only go down 5 pages max.
