Payment Processing Rates

Payment Processing Rates
Our default rates for processing bitcoin payments is 9.85%. This applies to the majority of payments.
If the buyer initially joined little biggy with your token the rate is 5.85%.
If the buyer joined with someone else's token the rate is 14.85%.
Your transaxe.com account details each payment's rate, the referral tokens if applicable and and all associated blockchain records.

Can you help me understand something please.
So the default rate you receive is 9.85%, and the default rate for the users cut is 1%.
The rate the seller pays if the buyer joined with someone else's token is 14.85%. So if 9.85% goes to you and 1% to the person who referred them, where does the other 4% go? Or am I being stupid? 🤔

not stupid at all but you missed the fact that 1% is a default rate for referrals, plenty of referrers make more just like plenty of sellers pay less than their default rate.

Thankyou, yes I'm aware of this but surely the vast majority are on 1%? Or even 2%. But the fee instantly jumps to 5% cost, even if the referral only receives 1%.
So if a buyer purchases off a vendor with someone else's referral link, the seller is charged 15%, 1% to the person who referred them and 14% to you? Why is it not 11%? Why does the cost increase by 5% but the person referring is possibly only on 1% - 2% rate?
Thanks

again basic math. we have lots of referrers over 5% and by nature they have a large volume of transactions.

Hell yeh does not make sense in ways.
to me it seems if some one elses token ref link if use theyd pay the near 15% rate fees? and teh near 10 if not? so confusing.

I feel like I fully understand it, it just doesn't seem to add up.
If I've got this right, it seems strange they take 15% fee even if the referer is only on 1%. So that must mean Transaxe can take upto 14% not just the 9.85% as mentioned. Right?

What is usual response time?

What is usual response time?
Hi I've sent a couple messages about a transaction where bitcoin was sent but the transaction expired. How long does the process usually take to get back my bitcoin? Cheers

I've got this exact thing now. I paid and waited but nothing came then I checked on the order and it said payment expired. Payment not showing on the order but Payment is showing on the blockchain.sellers saying its sent but I've had nothing arrive. Cannot dispute as there's no option due to it saying payment expired on the order.Waiting on transaxe response to me supplying the order info and wallet address sent to. The order was placed last week - first week of June 2023.
Date Now is 7/6/23.

Is there any particular reason .org has gone now? Is it permanent or just for now. Can't seem to find anything explaining!

Having issues uploading pictures since the change, it isn't ideal but better than the site being gone altogether!

My own experience (17/5/23)
Posting this for anyone who's debating using this place or for anyone who's experiencing any payment issues they need support with.
So last week amidst all the chaos I made a cockup with my Transaxe payment (which I am sure most of you will have noticed me flapping) and was asking for help. Despite all the network chaos that went on I can confirm I have had the money clear back 24 hours after having it confirmed as sorted and the process took a week in total.
I can understand frustrations from both sides but having had the experience of it now just goes to show how reliable this place is.
I just wanted to say thanks to Transaxe and everyone who has given me advice and support about this, I guess you don't learn if you don't have the experience but having done so it confirms this is the number 1 source to buy your product anywhere if you're just a consumer like myself
I'll be making a donation to the site as a show of appreciation.

Transaxe consistently resolves any issues I encounter, demonstrating their dedication even when faced with challenging circumstances, particularly when LittleBiggy experiences downtime.

If every financial institution was like this we would live in a much better world.

That's good to hear! I had a similar issue where the transaction expired but to my surprise this morning, the payment has now gone through to the seller, so order on the way soon! I'd assumed I'd just get it refunded eventually and have to reorder, so all is good!

Good to hear mate. I was hoping for the same but obviously it didn't go that way. I never did hear back from the vendor of that order though which was a shame.

No, it wasn't a dispute mate. I must've opened an old browser and sent my payment to the wrong Transaxe.
My surprise at the non response from the vendor was because I'd left a message (prior to knowing what had happened) to see if it had updated his end and that I'd sent payment. Absolutely no ill wishes towards them (hence why I haven't named) I'm just a bit surprised I never got a single response.

hello?
Is there anybody about? I've been waiting around for over 24 hours now and not so much as a sniff of a response from Transaxe support or the vendor. I'm trying to be patient but when there's £150 of my money floating around and nobody telling me why it's not updating my order it is getting frustrating

yeah its a issue with the bitcoin blockchain, too congested so unless you pay a really high fee it takes ages to go through

These are weird times. The last time the blockchain backed up I waited over 24hrs for the order status to show Paid. Plus transaxe are working overtime trying to get vendor funds released during this cluster-fek so message response time undoubtedly suffers.
Hang on in there…let us know when it clears👍
Hang on in there…let us know when it clears👍

Things seem to be settling now thankfully. Can you give more info on what's gone on? Is it sitting on pending?

Ordered 4am Wednesday, bit the bullet and paid £15 extra to cover fees and sent to address. Nothing has updated and if I click "pay remainder" then the address is completely different to the original one.
I messaged the vendor yesterday to see if it had updated his side or if it was an issue elsewhere - no response even now.
I messaged transaxe support yesterday to give details of order, address I was given to send to etc - it's not even been read yet.
I've had it where it's been slow before but the amount shows as received and it's just LB not updating but this time my only traceability of it is what's on my app. LB hasn't updated a thing and I've been ghosted by anyone I reach out to.

Transaxe are under a bit of pressure rn I would imagine but from what I can see fees seem to be dropping back to normalish levels, so hopefully the backlog will be getting worked through as we speak. They will get back to you or you will get a resolution don't panic Bigga!
I know your pain I waited nearly 24hrs for a transaction to clear with nearly 15$ in fees yesterday missing the cutoff :( hopefully NDD is ND this time 😅

Honestly love this place and never had an issue with a vendor (still don't, yet 🤣) but this is the first time in 26 orders I've encountered any issues on the money side. I'm sure my mind will be put at rest but it's not the easiest thing to do.

Transaxe generates a different wallet address for every payment transfer- they would reference it by your order #….
Should clear soon🤞
Should clear soon🤞

If the address on your order screen is different then it sounds like you may have accidentally sent it to the wrong address. This would explain why it's not updated to "Paid".
I would message refund borg and include the wallet you have sent it to, your wallet you would like it returned to and the amount you sent. They should be able to sort it out for you

Thanks but everything my end matches up. The address I sent it to matches up what I've got on my apps. Just seems to be a case of it's going extremely slow at the moment and it's having a knock on effect on others

No worries. The current fee for a high priority transfer is 110 sat, or £3.26. Using this rate the payment would clear in under 10minutes. If you have paid £15 fee and it's still not cleared it doesn't seem right, even with the delays and traffic on the network.
Hope you get it sorted 👍
Hope you get it sorted 👍

I have been waiting for a few days for a response too, the annoying thing is my messages are being left as unread but transaxe support has been on everyday.... got £75 floating in a void of nowhere

I had the same mate but they did respond. It's not a perfect system but rest assured you'll get it back. I'm much more relaxed about the place now I've had that experience and I'm sure you will too.

This has now been sent to my wallet by Transaxe support this morning. Does anybody know what sort of time it takes to clear to my wallet? I'll be firing it straight back on here anyway.

I’m in the exact same boat and feel really frustrated too
I placed an order on 05/05 through coinbase and it’s still pending payment. I sent a message to Transaxe support days ago and I’ve still not gotten a response. Longer I’m waiting the more I feel like my issue is forgotten 😔
I know there’s been issues with Bitcoin but I’ve had comments from others saying that they only waited a few days (2-4 days) for their payments to go through yet I’m still waiting. I’m literally checking every hour 🤦🏽♀️. I hope we both get some answers soon

That's quite concerning. If I'm forced to wait that long then I'm really in a hole. This place is a lifeline for me to get my wife what she needs to keep comfortable.

Same here 😔 I have to take morphine to help with my endo pain and the pain keeps me up on a night. I found weeds the only thing that’s helped manage my pain symptoms but also helps me sleep so I’ve been really struggling without it 😔. I’m unable to get out of the house to find a dealer which is why I rely on LB to get my stuff
I forgot to add that I’ve never had an issue like this before using LB and I’ve been using LB for over a year now

Sorry to hear that mate. I'll do my best to remember to keep you updated on my own situation.

That’s so kind of you and thank you so much! I’ll let you know if I hear anything too. Fingers crossed we both can get this sorted asap 😊

Crypto disappeared

Placed an order at 5.55 am sent the money. When I went back to check on the order status 6 hours later the money was gone from my account but the order was still in my cart asking for an address. I filled this in now it’s asking me to send payment I’ve already sent. The crypto and original order have gone and the new order is asking me to send money. Everytime I ordered before as soon as the money goes out my account the order updates on here at the same time but this time it’s disappeared.

Can't find my refund
I've been waiting for weeks for a refund and I've provided the order details and my legacy address,
I'm told it's been refunded but the money is no where to be seen, Im being shown a Blockchain address but I have no idea how that helps,
Sorry I'm concerned I've lost my £120

Don’t worry its not lost.. if you copy the transaction i.d or hash i.d from that blockchain that you got and then goto mempool.space and paste in your transaction i.d in the search bar to see all pending transactions.. Most likely your refund is stuck in a traffic jam due to high congestion on the BTC network

Hi, thanks for the reply, I'm entering the transaxe and the hash I d but I've no clue what to do,
If I PM you with a screenshot would you be able to just have a look please or is it too be dodgy giving that help,
If this helps, I joined Coinbase and purchased through there, I didn't have a wallet just the Coinbase account, I've got an Exodus wallet now,
So I'm confused where it's gone, I'm trying to learn but it's hard for an old bugger like me,
I was told to give my legacy address and I followed the instructions, should I have given my BTC address

Yeah if Admin asked for BTC legacy address they are ready to send refund to your chosen BTC wallet address..
Btc legacy address start with the number “1” I think..
You can message me transaction or hash i.d and I’ll look at it but think your refund should be sorted if Admin is requesting btc legacy address from you.
If you don’t have any btc wallets starting with “1” then download mycelium app

Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes to receive payment from Transaxe to BTC Wallet? Payment shows as 'Pending Release' - when will money be received in BTC wallet?

Expired transaction
I have an expired transaction from an order I made due to coinbase delaying payment, the payment had gone through and is showing in the block chain but has not reached the seller as order has expired, how can i get this working and get my order through as the seller has no order to honour but money has left my account for an order that I made?

If you message Transaxe with the order details they should be able to sort it all out for you when they're online :)

At the top left hand side of this page beside Transaxe Support there should be a "chat" button and thats how you message anyone user here privately :)

Alright there mate I hope things worked out for you with all this mess? I was just wondering please when did this happen? I’ve got two orders that I’ve paid for but are showing not even paid yet??! I’m so confused about this shite! It’s all above my head.

Hi guys. I placed an order on Sunday which eventually expired. I contacted transaxe on here, but by the time they got back to me the payment had eventually gone this morning and the order is now processing. I'm not sure if this is always the case, I assumed it would have been paid back to my BTC account. Main thing is, I don't have to reorder. There is a massive back log at the minute, so you may just need to wait it out or see what transaxe say.

Update May BTC Network Issues

Update May BTC Network Issues
The bitcoin blockchain network is speeding up with most seller payments clearing.
We've also begun sending referral payments though this is tenuous as the state of the blockchain is volatile.
Typically many transactions (including payments, refunds, disputes and releases) are stuck for days in the aftermath of such events. As always our systems make sure funds are resent.
We greatly your patience and assistance during all of this.

Is this May 2023 we talking about?
I’m having problems saying that I haven’t payed when I have. It still says unpaid. I’ve checked with Kraken the crypto company I used and they have told me the funds were sent through. This leads me to believe there is something wrong on this end with LB maybe? I’m not sure how all this stuff works n I’m left stumped with not a lot to do apart from sit here with my thumb up my bum n wait for it get magically sorted out and hurry up n delivered pleeeeeeease
If anyone has any help or info tips about this please let me know 👍

Help please... Bitpanda minimum transaction amount is a lie!
I'm trying to pay for an order which comes to about 0.01BTC. Bitpanda says the minimum transaction value is 0.00057 (i.e. a lot bloody less!) but it repeatedly says the transaction amount is too low. This keeps happening and means I'm having to shell out more £ than I want to each time. Any ideas? The useless 'help' feature just repeats the same minimum value and gives no other clues. Anybody got any ideas?

Had this issue on another app and it was due to the high network fees, might have to add more btc to cover it and it should let the payment go through.

Had this month's ago with the bitpanda website!
Use the app, Copy & paste the exact transanction amount from transaxe to bitpanda.
Helped me! Hopefully will help you too!

Yep, it's not saying I don't have enough funds to pay, it just keeps saying the transaction is too low value.

I got that once or twice myself in last few months.Basically tried override it by logging out and logging back in and it eventually worked(sometimes had to do this a few times)

Two transaxe token in LB account?

Two transaxe token in LB account?
I have two transaxe token numbers showing in my LB settings under sharing showing as active. One of these numbers matches what I see in transaxe.com, but I don't know where the other one is linked too.
Is this linked to a different transaxe account that I may have set up accidentally or something? I'm not 100% how this actually hangs together.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Anyone got any idea how this works? Why do I have two Transax token numbers in LB? I fI share my code and it uses that other number then I won't get paid I suspect? Can I remove the second token?

There has been a significant increase in bitcoin usage due to the introduction of ordinals, a new data inscription method that works like NFTs. Interestingly, memecoins, which are mainly on Ethereum, have also contributed to the increased usage of bitcoin. It's possible that many individuals are rushing to free up their bitcoin to invest in Ethereum-based coins.
Be aware that converting bitcoin to monero is currently not recommended due to high fees, which can be as high as 40% of your transaction.
In the short term, LB are taking the hit on sellers receiving fees from escrow and to cushion the effect of increased fees. This is a smart move by LB, and many, including me, appreciate the gesture and efforts made to ensure the ship runs as smoothly as possible in this storm.
In the long term, we need to embrace monero, as it's designed for anonymous purchasing and has low transaction fees. Unlike bitcoin, it's less likely to experience fee spikes and won't likely get used for NFTs.
We express our appreciation and respect for the LB team and all LB members feeling the pain right now.

Is it not about time now that this site uses LTC along with BTC. With biggers requesting other coins for a good year at-least now.
Seeing as even the vendors are struggling to get the payments even after 16 days because the default low fees are below the amount needed for confirmations currently! I’m seeing vendors who have temporarily closed until it’s landed. So they should!!
It’s costing near $30 on every transaction just at standard speed. It must massively be affecting business here. I can’t imagine many users will be willing to add so much on top especially when purchasing small amounts

Hello,
This days we decided to review security processes and protocols to have everything secure and anonymous.
Are the transaxe movements traceable in the block chain?
Should we tumble BTC before and after using in our bank/ dollar's?

Can see that the receiving wallet has the BTC so why is this not showing as paid? Have sent messages to support but no reply...poor.

I'm trying to add my btc address but keep getting "an error occurred (504)" message.

Which wallet are you using and which address are you adding? Bitcoin offers two addresses and transaxe will only work with one of them. The address starting with a number is the one you want to add.

Hello, I've sent payment to an incorrect address and need it matched to my order asap pls can anyone assist please?

There's a auto settlement borg .give your order number your wallet and a little message what's happened.

sorry we dont understand this message - I mustve written in a diff langauge....im so lost...sent a payment over 24 hours 😡 waited all day

So you sent the money to the wrong bitcoin wallet address? Very sorry but I think the money is gone , once you send bitcoin you can not get it back if it’s not delivered yet I think you can cancel

It was sent to a transaxe wallet and was told it could be linked to an order...the seller hasnt received the payment so its just in limbo

Send Transaxe Support a DM explaining what you've done, along with the wallet you sent the funds to, and the wallet you'd like it to be returned to.
If it's been sent to a Transaxe wallet, I'm confident they'll be able to return it.
If it's been sent to a Transaxe wallet, I'm confident they'll be able to return it.

Have a look at my profile and see if that's what's happened to you if so you need to explain and link the block chain to auto borg your money isn't gone bro

Kind of..only one order for me, I saved the wallet address of the seller from a previous order thinking this wouldnt change then the coin never turned up and order is still marked as unpaid, im a complete noob here literally just know how to login and buy my shit...auto borgs and blockchains kinda gone over my head 🤣

They're only online certain time of the day /night pretty much i believe.
If you sent your coins to a transaxe address you've nothing to worry about.
Transaxe are 100% gonna sort this for you.👍

Truly excellent service
Transaxe support worked with patience and diligence to recover my funds due to an unusual situation (completely my screw up!). I was extremely impressed with their level of service and commend them for bringing integrity, honesty, and trust to the community. Thank you again!

Just a quick one I have made an honest mistake and set up an order on the 11th of the month and transax gave me a bitcoin address on that date to send my funds too. The issue is I didn’t actually have the funds ready until the 15th so I proceeded to send my funds to the same address I was given 4 days earlier thinking this would complete the order like it always has in the past. But my wallet has confirmed that the funds have successfully left my account and been credited to said wallet and the order isn’t updating do you think transax will be able to recover my funds like they did yours??

Good to hear, did it take forever though?
I’m currently talking to them about an issue but they haven’t been online in over 24 hours…

I’ve not heard anything from them yet this is why I was asking if you think they will be able to fix my issue

I made a similar mistake - sent funds to the wrong BTC address somehow - I only use LB for crypto so when I spoke to Transaxe on here I told them it must be an account linked to LB (must have got the wrong address from an old open browser or screenshot)
Anyway, it took about three weeks and I did get my money back - in Bitcoin.
Took me a few days to sort out a wallet - ended up using Blockchain, which allowed me a wallet address (Transaxe will only send to certain types of addresses)
I now use it for all my orders one here!
(Word of warning - when you first buy BTC from Blockchain, you have to wait 3 days to use it - bit of a pain, but I’m getting a lot less issues with my bank blocking Bitcoin purchases with Blockchain than I was through Bittylicious and Switchere.)
Persevere with Transaxe - they sometimes don’t log in for 2-3 days so it is a long and frustrating process.
Hope it works out for ya 👍🏻

Adding payment address
When I go to transaxe.com I do not see a settings tab. How can I add my btc address to receive payments?

not sure what you are logged into but the settings button is right at the top after you login.

Don’t no if that app Let’s you swap ,trade Bitcoins between each wallet,You can on Coinbase and blockchain , you will take a small hit for it probably but it will be in btc,
If you can’t on that app set up account and transfer it from that wallet to Coinbase and do a swap there , I don’t no what swap limit is for new comer though , hope
You get it sorted

Quit using Coinbase. They are in financial straights and have been investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US for allowing unknown actors to hack and steal their customers btc off the exchange. Their security is weak and their customer suppirt is the worst I have encountered besides Ashley Madison....lol

Since you have sent the BCH to an external address, you would need to get the private key for that address and import it to a BCH wallet. This should recover the funds.
It is highly unlikely transaxe will give you their private key, so they would need to do it and then send you the BCH. If they are unable to do that it is most likely lost forever. :(
I'm sorry that happened man, it's really confusing when you're first trying to wrap your head around it all. I hope they can do something for you.

How does it work?
1 Just press "share" on any topic, person or item and you will get a link that you can share anywhere on the internet: on email, messaging or social nets.
2 Every new registrant landing here with your link earns you bitcoins - on every purchase they make here forever.
3 Come to transaxe.com and add a bitcoin address for us to send your earnings to (don't worry they gather until you do this). Look at your messages after you 1st press "share", we've sent you a direct link to your new transaxe account.
You'll be able to see every transaction that you made possible, including the public blockchain reference. It's completely auditable and despite the anonymity, it's the most transparent referral program on the internet.

I've wrote a step by step guide for those who are having difficulties to understand how this does work :P

Can anybody recommend a good place to share them to? I am a international finance director and I just can wrap my head around this!!! I just found a message from them from transaxe from a while ago about my reference code and I set an account up but now when I follow the link it brings me onto a register page but says I have already registered but there doesn't seem a way to log in.

social media, reddit, your contact list to name a few. you can share a post about economics, or a nice bit of hash depending on your audience.
the transaxe part is just about adding your btc address to collect the btc.
hope this helps.

In order to receive money from the referrals, the ones who clicked on with must also be registered on LB and you'll receive a small % of the paid price whenever they place an order.
It is not enough just to share a link and wait for someone to click on it...

so, you only get paid IF there's a transaction at the end of clicking on your shared link? What about if the user clicking is new to LB and then registers after clicking? The guide link you shared above is not opening for me... thanks!

I don't think this does work if someone clicks before registering, it depends about how the administrators have built this system.
About the guide, yeah, looks like someone has deleted it, idk why, maybe an admin could give more info...

Thanks so much. I am on really strong painkillers atm nothing is very clear. I really appreciate your help

Never though to add it as a weblink - lets see if i get the message. Thanks guys

Not sure if it does make an impact but I usually add the URL I want to share as a weblink (in the box under where you write the comment). As I've done on this post :)

You learn something new everyday, just tried this n it worked. Nice1

You're better converting your link on a link shrotner website like Bit(dot)ly. Imo , it will prevent your refferal link being bypassed. If they see the website in the URL it can just be googled and your referral is missed.

the only word i can see after comment is "edit" and that's after i've commented, the only other word i can click is "save"

got there in the end.!!!!!!! after weeks of banging my head against a wall and doubting my own sanity I have finally sussed out the elusive "share" link. Despite the advice from others I just couldn't see the word "share" anywhere, People even sent screenshots as examples but the word "share" just wasn't there on my screen . I had just about given up ,,,,,and then,,,,,,I turned off my "ad-blocker" that was running in the background and ,,,,,hey presto the word "SHARE" has now appeared .....so if you are having the same problem try turning off ad-blocker..worked for me.

Well, this has been quite the roller coaster read! I am reassured that other people are as baffled as me at times by the LB message boards. I think its the fact there are no dates on posts that confuses me the most. Anyway. Now I know that both parties need to be registered I will get registered even if it means that someone else benefits from me clicking their link. (if I have got that bit right at least?)

Its a 1 % of gross on every transaction,
"You'll also see that every transaction that you introduce including the blockchain reference. "

Yes, they can go anywhere on the site or even leave the site and return and your introduction remains until they register.

As Web Content Creator How Should I Use This?
You can monetize any kind of content by posting it here on little biggy, just link to it whenever you publish.

Yes, obviously you can share any topic but I think you're concerned about items. I share items all the time on FB and insta with posts like "looks like cannabis is becoming a normal thing" or "it must be nice to have bitcoin" etc. As long as you contextualize it it is very valid content, I once saw a link on the front age of reddit.

Yes, I've done well with it, pretty much like other people are saying, I just link to strange posts and people do wind up registering afterwards.

I would write about making edible recipes and how 2 make concentrates like BHO. This is fair game to re-post anywhere.

this is a good idea ive linked to questions about concentrate here, posting mostly on d1scord and reddit and it's performed nicely
