Smaller = more sustainable. Discipline yourself into lightweightness.

Abstinence = definition. You need to not be high to know what high is. Only other option is to be numb 24/7 but for some folks that's the sustainable high.

It's easy enough. Just never stop. But also work your way up in strength throughout the day. Make sure each session is slightly stronger that the previous, and for that you need variety. But yeah, it can be done, just be careful not to let the weeks and years slip by, because that can also be easily done. It's not really too advisable, but it is totally possible. it's not possible eventually you will be smoking to feel normal i know ( i smoked everyday for around 24 years). It's best to have a T-break evey now and then. I usually smoke an ounce then i'll have a week or two off , logest t-break i had was 2 years )it sucked) but at least when i came back to smoking i had to build up my tolorance again so smoking was pretty cheep ... now i blaze an ounce in like 3-5 days n have a break . I'd just smoke in the evenings but if its there i can't help my self XD...

Get a magic flight launch box with a power adapter and batteries then learn how to use it well. No other way can make herbs last as long as this little baby. ( my first vape). I have gone through this, the best way for me was to 'time' when I smoked, so not having money you need discipline, you can't smoke all day long, see this as a warning that you need to sort shit out! So when I went through a bad patch with money and work during covid I just waited until 5-6pm everyday before having a joint, and made them very weak, after 1-2 days you can get used to this as long as you defo wait until the evening (it will reduce your tolerance too), I found this worked out brilliant as I got stuff done during the day, studied and then had a few joints at night with a few Budweiser's job done! (Beer can help to fill a gap temporarily whilst you reduce your tolerance down to a smoking style you can afford) This will make you experience gratitude on another level and then when you do have the money again (which will happen very soon!) you will have a much better balance! I used to smoke a quarter of weed a week and that would cost me £60-70. For the last eight years I’ve been vaping concentrates instead and a gram of that is roughly £40-50. So I’ve literally been saving £20-30 per week and I’m sure my lungs are better for it.

use eagle bill shake and vape pipe it is a normal glass vape pipe use the opening as a bowl and when you run out it's collected so much THC rich oil on the glass forms VERY strong stuff you can heat as it's glass made to be heated from the glass bubble to the stem or using a little water to soften in up you can use paper clips straitened with a loop on the end to strip the pipe literally clean and gather the now thick dark/black deposit out and a gram of that lasts ages.

It's harsh to smoke but stronger than premium dutch hash type stuff. Also if you're in any country with a cannabis cafe many people take the rubbish bags from cannabis cafes in Holland where they often separate food from waste joints, this may also apply to some US dispensaries although i don't know if that's legal.

This is legal in the Netherlands and many people in them smoke pure weed joints and even then leave a lot unsmoked...but for the love of god DO NOT DRINK BONG WATER

THC has extremely low solubility in water and secondly bong water should be fresh with every use if your bong water has gotten to the point that it has THC in it then it's been there for weeks and is literally just stagnant water that has collected all the cyanide and other things present in smoke and cultured an amount of bacteria likely many times dirtier than your toilet

Careful, bong water liquid can quikly provide a potentially sickening "smoothie" as bacteria from various contaminents (few people are known to fadtidiously scrub the inside of the bong cylinder, even fewer are known for changing the water on a per-use basis. Also, i'm not so sure the solids you would be consuming are that pschoactive - thc is not soluble in H2O to my knowledge.

McD's coke is thought to be the best tasting you can get, they get it in syrup form in big wheeled barrels, all the other drinks come in containers, in syrup form too.
The McD's syrup coca cola doesn't have any of the preservatives or any other nasties found in fizzy drinks these days. just the cola flavouring.(unlike that bought in shops)
