Great review. Not tried it myself, but the second I saw it I knew it was complete rubbish. Unfortunately it takes a really bad batch to get people complaining. The thing is nearly all the hash on here is shit. I would say there are only like 5 or 6 vendors that actually have real hash on here. That doesnโt necessarily mean itโs any good either.

This is not what I expected my first review to be regarding, but thanks to certain vendors' conduct, we find ourselves in this situation.
A recent encounter with a batch of hash from THE GREEN TEAM has prompted a review, and it's essential to bring to light some concerning issues.
All 8 hashes from this vendor exhibited an unmistakable, yet unusual, cherry-like fragrance that oddly resembled the scent of Deep Heat Rub.
To add to the situation, a striking homogeneity prevailed across these products. There was virtually no variations or distinction in terms of scent, taste, or effects. Any differences appeared marginal, at best. This is essentially one single batch of hash; with random flavours and arbitrary names attached
Those who have rated these products above a 1/10 seem to lack an appreciation for the importance of quality and safety in cannabis consumption. Out of 65 reviews on the pick'n mix, 12 complain of the smell or potential additives. That's 20%.
Of particular concern is the reviews by other consumers - when they attempted to dissolve this hash in hot water, it left behind a red dye. This shouldn't happen as a cannabis concentrate should typically be oil-based and should not dissolve in water, let alone leave a colored residue. Even when I endeavored to dissolve it in 99.99% isopropyl alcohol, the presence of an unexpected and contaminated residue was apparent. It suggests that this hash has potentially been adulterated, perhaps intentionally tainted with terpenes, or more likely vape juice.
This falls short of the quality standards one would expect from TGT, any reputable vendor or street dealer. I have to agree with this post, I would even say that I didn't feel any effects from this hash and was guessing it might be a CDB hash given it's consistency
I thought CDB at first. Then I realized it didn't leave any ash, just lots of small, solid, black stones rolling about in my pipe

Iโve had some flower off here, NOT from TGT, that 100% had vape juice in it. It was vile. It made me and my mate ill. I threw 3/4 of an oz away. The vendor just said it was fine and because there were some good reviews backed up his case. Crazy how many people have no clue what theyโre smoking. I think itโs disgusting anyone would sell on something so toxic.
I stopped buying off TGT recently, their quality has taken a hit and prices have risen. They tried sending me low-mid grade bud for the 3/6/10 buys prize when previously i woul get RS11 or MAC. IMO when the MAC left the quality did too. Shame
Wish I'd seen this before I just purchased from tgt. Not tried hash for more than 10 years as quality took a massive nosedive so I've stuck to bud ever since. Tbh my previous buys from these guys have been good. Good quality, well packaged and fair priced so I'll do an honest review on this pick and mix hash if it ever arrives (royal mail 5 days late) it'd be a shame if it really is a bad product as the have a big presence on LB.

For weed I start at 185, dialling up by 5 for each subsequent hit. I get plenty of flavour and cloud doing it this way. For hash I crank it up to maxโฆ๐
straight to 210 if its late and i want to sleep otherwise start at 180 and work my way up to 195

Thanks buddy. I played around with temp when I first got but I ended up just straight blasting at 210, thankfully I donโt experience many throat problems. You reckon itโs more efficient going through the gears as I smoke like some have suggested? i.e. start at 185, 190, 195 and so on?
If you can survive sucking at 210 then I would suggest there is no point going through the gears
You get totally different effects at low temps . If you start really low it can be great for getting a head buzz without longing you out

I had a crafty + and due to inhaling the vapour direct to your lungs I couldnโt really cope with more than 185 without coughing. 195 for boost after the majority of vapour has gone. With my Arizer xq2 I can comfortably go much high but donโt really like more than 215.

I have an Arizer EQ as I do like balloons but I donโt believe the temperature readout. I have to crank it up to the sort of temps that would blow my noodle off on other devices. Still does the job though๐คทโโ๏ธ

If you're concerned, you can put some hemp fibre in the bottom of your chamber to catch any run off. Hemp fibre in the chamber, dosage capsule ontop with 2 terp perl and hash inside ๐
I started off this way using the hemp fibre with hash, but i've since found it not to be necessary once I got familiar with dosage etc. But it does give you a piece of mind ๐

Yeah, like Anon I just use a little bit of cotton bacon either in the bottom of the oven direct or if itโs a really melty hash then in a dosing capsule (no drip pad, only use those for concentrates) with a light covering of the cotton.

To be honest it really depends on my mood and the weed in question. Sometimes I just go to 200 right away then 210 to finish it off, this is usually when I want to get as high as fast as possible.
My preference given time is to start at 185. (175 if itโs a particularly terpy strain). And go up in 10 degrees increments every 5/10 puffs upto max temp usually, or 200 again mood dependent ๐คทโโ๏ธ

I do love my hash and whilst a bit stoned the other day on some fabulous frozen static I was reminded of a post that was on here a few years ago where someone was saying that all hash is contaminated in some way and that to test this you basically pinch a tiny bit and chew it.
If it has grit in it when you chew - itโs contaminated. If itโs smooth itโs clean. They claimed this contamination was a relatively new phenomenon and that 5-10 years ago it didnโt happen.
Anyway there was a video post on a review site the other day where two American guys were reviewing hash and the discussion progressed to them talking about contamination.
One of them claimed that most of the hash in the USA, and I assume they mean dispo hash as well as black market, contains wood!! Wood! He said that an easy way to test is to put a small piece in pure alcohol and wait. If it dissolves to nothing itโs clean, however whatever material is left, if there is any, is definitely not good!
Do any Biggas have a routine for checking hash? I must admit, I donโt. I go for reliable sellers who only produce fine hash and go by the rule โgood hash is expensive, bad hash is cheapโ however you occasionally stumble across some lovely commercial too.

I hear you. It was always simpler back in the day - hash (decent rocky, red and gold seal etc) or weed (if you were lucky - nice bit of sensi occasionally) and that was it. Happy days.
I donโt grow very often these days but managed one in the garden this year and made my own fresh frozen 220/73u ice water hash and it knocks spots off most Iโve tried this year even before the โcureโ.

Hash is allowed to be a little bit less consistent. As long as you arenโt picking bits of tyre or plastic bag out of it. And it smells natural and looks natural (break it in half. Youโll be able to tell. Straight away, if itโs satisfying to look at. When you smell it. It just smells like weed Marmite. Concentrated weed. Youโll know) - and if it gets you where you need to be. Of course.
Pop a small chunk in a pipe. Have a little toke. No harm. No foul. Again. If you got this far with shit hash. Then fuck me. No hope for you is there? But anyway. If it tastes like creamy, spicy joy. You are golden.

Good Charas is full of dead skin. Grit, dust, fingernails. All sorts. Youโd question itโs authenticity if it wasnโt slightly, erm, fibrous.
Itโs not contaminated. It is what it is. An artisanal, hand made product. You can chase purity all the way to rosin. Thatโs amazing. And I fucking love it.
Hash is allowed to be a little bit less consistent. As long as you arenโt picking bits of tyre or plastic bag out of it. And it smells natural and looks natural (break it in half. Youโll be able to tell. Straight away, if itโs satisfying to look at. When you smell it. It just smells like weed Marmite. Concentrated weed. Youโll know) - and if it gets you where you need to be. Of course.
Pop a small chunk in a pipe. Have a little toke. No harm. No foul. Again. If you got this far with shit hash. Then fuck me. No hope for you is there? But anyway. If it tastes like creamy, spicy joy. You are golden.
If it tastes like chemicals and broken dreams. Incinerate it and never speak of it again.

Syd, I hate to burst your bubble, but, hashish is actually a resin and does not crunch. Glad youโre enjoying your Moroccan, but it is adulterated.
Some of the nicest โhashโ youโve ever had, nice as it was, is resin glands mixed with plant material. Hash by definition is the pure resin gland. The Moroccans as a general rule of thumb donโt make it rough (bad) they take great pride and use fine filtered screens. A double zero screen is approx the same size as a 73u screen. The best charas most certainly does not contain finger nails and all sorts, the best is made with care and love, any fingernails and all sorts contamination would be religiously avoided. Skin, spit and bits of plant. Agreed. Side note. Avoid eating charas due to the risk of TB infection.

Pistach was my first buy here and the Stoney Bars they used to do are still the strongest edibles I've bought on LB. Didn't mention them for the same reason as you though.
Elevated Eats is my new vendor replacement for that bar. They have the squits currently though so they're not making products we eat, which is very nice of them to admit. Most issues on here can be solved with good communication and advance notice of delays of product availability and/or dispatch.

I've had good experiences with most vendors. Not playing favourites but I have multiple successful orders with SOTL, Eddy's Hashbar, The Green Team and MKK2020. Eddy's hashes are some of the best I've had, SOTL's smalls were great value and quality for the money and TGT's regular intro offers are a great way to try a couple of strains at a time at bargain prices. MKK2020's OG Kush is the current pound for pound champ on LB in my opinion, although stocks are running low.

I want to make some homemade oils or coconut butter for my own use.
Is it easy to do?
What kind of strength do you get?
Is it comparable to strong oils and tincs?
I want to make a THC one and a CBD one.
Would they be full spectrum?
Does it extract everything from the flower, or is a lot wasted?
I have 20g of decent THC flower at the moment, how much would I get out of that?
Was going to buy some 25% CBD flower too.
Will it extract all the other cannabinoids to be full spectrum?

I put my weed in some real butter, on the heat โbain marieโ style in glass cooking bowl over a pan of hot water. Simmered the mixture for about 15mins but didnโt boil it. Then made some cookies. No real scientific method. Had about 2g of weed and a regular shop bought packet mix for cookies. Definitely got higher off those bad boys than if i had just smoked the weed.
125g Butter
Kilner Jar
Slow Cooker
14g of shake or weed
Decarb the herb at 115 degrees C in an oven tray double covered with tinfoil for 30 minutes.
Put 125g of butter and about 2cm of water in the kilner jar and place on a flannel in the slow cooker half filled with water. Once melted, add your herb to the butter. Heat on high for 6 hours to infuse the butter. The water will simmer in the jar and nicely agitate the butter. Stir every hour.
Strain using cheesecloth into a bowl when still warm and runny. Allow to cool. Place in fridge to allow butter to set for 2 hours. Drain water off and you're done.
I make cookies around 20 cookies and dose at 20g a cookie. Baking and baked.
Enjoy.

I personally would boil for at least an hour, but would be using more than 25g though. This will decarboxylate as well. Strain the weed through a filter cloth, squeeze as much liquid out as possible. You can save this and redo it, that will let you know if anything was left in there. Allow the pan to cool. The cannabutter will settle on the top and can be spooned off, the water will settle on the bottom and can be thrown away. You can redo the whole process using the cannabutter you just got with fresh weed to further increase the thc content of the butter. There is a saturation point where you canโt get any more thc dissolved in the butter. Good luck trying to get there. No reason it canโt be better than what you buy

99%+ of the hash on here is laced. Itโs complete junk. It shouldnโt be soft, it should be brittle until warmed.

Hi guys . I recently bought an oz of hash and ill be honest i think its laced . Im grinding my teeth as if im on speed or coke . Didnt smoke it for 1 day and went back to my weed and the grinding stopped . Unsure i smoked some today and my neighbour asked if i was whizzing my tits off cause my jaw was going like a camel . First i want to know if anyone else has had issues or wondered why u dont feel stoned after smoking a trees worth . And second is there a borg or someone i can mention this to ? i only want thc in my body and this practice is well dodgy

Had it before with weed it also gives u bad anxiaty .

As per my other thread on lemon smelling weed had the same issue. I guess dont buy cheap and just stick to the top 3 or 4 vendors here. Although its been mostly cheap stuff thats the issue .. my current issue is with so called high quality weed that was almost $50 for 3.5 grams.
Hope littlebiggy can change the site so rather than 100+ sales it can say 5000+ sales, as even some with 100+ can end up selling junk when they run into supply issues. But if they have 5000+ sales it has to be some type of decent size operation with quality control.

I guess I'd rather pay cheap and run the risk, one particular vendor I work with sends whatever the fuck they want regardless of what you are paying, that's what fucks me off.

Lot of shady business practices been going on recently.

Not saying you donโt. I stick to the same 2/3 vendors for my hash and flower on here and all my 50+ orders have been to notch bar one and I never used that vendor again.
Also ive had a.lot of sprayed weed n trim from lb . One seller sold me 2 oz of banging trim next pack was tainted to hell so messages him and he resent another 2 oz of even worse stuff . Fizzles when u burn it . Doesnt burn evenly . Smells like perfume and burns ur nose . Im guessing extra terps to make it smell better than it is .
One strike and itโs done for me with vendors. Iโve no time nor inclination to buy shite twice.
Never bought shake or trim but I wouldnโt expect it to be great quality. Still, shouldnโt be sprayed or laced even if itโs just trim.
