Just making this post because we recently got a 1/10 review "I didn't receive my order sadly. I gave it time and didn't want to dispute as I didn't want it on my profile as I am new. It is what it is." if this is you please message me you don't need to dispute or anything just message me with your order ID and I will organise a reship for you. I would appreciate if people could upvote this so the user has a better chance of seeing this, I feel bad he hasn't got his order as hes entitled to a reship if his order hasn't arrived the same as all our customers
