Dear friends, it so interesting to read everyone’s experiences with psychedelics especially to see how differently it affects us all. For instance 5 drops of our Leisure time is a half drops of a Deep Dive which is still pretty deep for some but for Squidgy not touching the sides lol! And then for Mighty one drop is more than a micro which it feels for us too but according to the micro dose law a 10th of a full dose is the micro so hear we are :)

I think for us how we’ve learnt to work and especially to work with tolerance is to use the same theory as strain cycling. There are many natural ways to combat anxiety, pain and adhd and the deeper we look we can see that we don’t need those pharma nasties which just ends up making things worse. It’s not only shrooms and Lucy but what about watchuma and ayahuasca, ceremonial cacao etc…there are many ways friends so never stop looking at our beautiful plant kingdom to provide all the answers we need.

For example we’ve had some amazing results for adhd with our home made cannabis oils. High sativa strains like a blend of orange bud with blue dream when micro-dozed has helped a few of our friends who suffer with adhd. What we find is as you say…one day shroom…next day canna oil…next day Lucy etc. each has its own medicine but all can help. Only thing we’ve 100% noticed is it has to be organic cannabis my friends as we’ve seen anxiety increase when it’s not…we might be wrong and open to hear your thoughts but for us if it’s not organically grown with love we can feel the energy that comes through isn’t right and that’s why we make sure we know a 100% where all our meds come from…clear energy lines…clear mind xx We wish you well on this journey to healing xx

I was also diagnosed with ADHD many years back . The speed made me crazy and it was really bad for my heart.
Imo , you're better off microdosing and finding solutions that way.
Who says people like us are ment to concentrate that hard anyway ?
I take a small dose once a week or so . Usually about 2-3 g of mushrooms or 4-5 drops of the Psychonoughts leasure time Lucy.
I can feel it but I don't get that high as I've built up a tolerance. I'm still able to go about my daily activities at this level , so it's kind of a mini dose .
I've also started meditating everyday , which I believe has a similar effect to mushrooms but is a little more subtle. They work well together.
It's training for the mind.
I feel pretty damn good this year and my physical health is much better than its been in years.
Imo , pharmaceuticals are designed to keep us sick. Psychedelics are the answer. Be free , my friend
Also , you will develop cross tolerance between psilocybin and lsd , so the only solution is to space them out. If you want a stronger experience, leave a longer space.
For this reason , people with addictive personality disorders will find it frustratingly difficult to abuse psychedelics .

I'd be interested to know the timeframe of use and tolerance build up that results in 2-3g of shrooms or 4-5 drops of the Leisure Time being a microdose for you? I hadn't done any psychedelics for decades until doing 1.6g of shrooms in July and I found that quite intense, but manageable. I took 1 drop of the Leisure Time and felt it was more than a microdose for me too, but obviously nothing like the shrooms. I was thinking of 5-6 drops of the Lazer Focus to hit mild tab levels and trip, but maybe that's a bit much if you consider this to be similar to 2-3g of shrooms?

I started taking them regularly in January, so it's been a few months.
I am taking them a little less frequently these days to try to bring down my tolerance .
I do like to feel a little something. Although my best experience happened when I had a high tolerance and felt quite sober.
The magic is real , the mushrooms are just the key.

Have you found any particular type of meditation to be particularly helpful with the ADHD symptoms?
And do think that if you only took the prescribed meds say once a week if you really needed it, that you personally would have been OK on that?

It's helping me stop thinking in my usual cyclical ruts.
By watching my thoughts from a place of detachment, I'm finding that the old and useless thought patterns are starting to fade away.

Loving the "old and useless thought patterns start to fade away", bit. So exciting to discover stuff can alter. A bit like having a bit of a different consciousness. Really exciting. So glad you've had such a valuable pay off from meditation.

And how totally brilliant to be able to 'watch your thoughts from a place of detachment. Everything happens way to fast for me to even be able to consider being able to do it - and not for want of trying! You must be super, uber mellow chilled

I've found that sometimes a racing mind is easier to watch than a slower one.
The trick is to know that you're not your thoughts and to just accept them as they are.

So you are able to take 2-3g of mushrooms/ or 4-5 drops of leisure time every week? And it still helps? Would you consider the effects of 2-3g of shrooms to be comparable to 4-5 drops?

I'm gutted to know there is a cross over thing with LSD and shrooms. I thought that as they feel so different and are different compounds it wouldn't be a thing. I was really excited about the implications of this with microdosing and the odd trip too many of a month for the wrong reasons, but I guess once a month it is.

I manage quite well when I'm getting the dopamine and endorphins from exercise, and since starting psychedelics my mental health has been in a great place, but without exercise...😬
As you say meditation is great. I'd recommend looking into transcendental if you haven't as yet :) I think one of tye keys to safe/ enjoyable trips is a disciplined mind. Not much better for that than meditation.

Cold as you can get them showers also amazing for a very whoopy 🎉 dopamine hit, although too much of that I'm finding also builds a tolerance quite quickly too. Looking forward to much colder water in the pipes in coming months :)

Excellent advice from Squidgy Pete.

First thing to keep in mind is while psychedelics are truly the mind fireworks once those brain receptors have been activated it takes a while for them to settle down.

In a way the more potent the drug effect on the brain the longer it takes before being able to feel the full effect.

I have tried back to back high mushroom doses and the second one merely keeps you wherever you are left from the previous one. You simply don't go back there. You'll have to give it a few days between doses.

LSD and mushrooms have similar action on the brain serotonin receptor hence the crossover in building up tolerance.

Second make sure you find what constitutes a microdose for you, do not base yourself on somone else's routine: 4 to 5 drops of Leisure Time would put some people on the moon, it is half a full dose (actually a fourth of the dose Albert Hoffman ingested on Bycicle Day).

I have started microdosing (mushrooms for now - Lucy soon) at 0.1g dried plus an edible twice a week in the evening. It is low enough that I can sleep 6 to 7 hours after ingestion.

Find your baseline.

The other excellent bit of advice is meditation but you already know about this one. I am not qualified to teach but I guess less is more: focus on the breathing and whenever thoughts or sensations distract you focus back on the breathing like a beacon.Eventually the breather gets slower and deeper and the body relaxes while the internal chatter gets quieter and the mind gets calmer.

Hard to tell but these amounts seem failry reliable fo rfull doses:

Psylocibin Recommended Dosage: 20 to 30 mg of psilocybin/70 kg of body mass (typically equates to about 3 to 5 grams of dried mushroom)

LSD Recommended Dosage: 50 – 150 µg (micrograms) per individual. Psychonauts deep dive is 125µg .

So the laser focus is just under a tenth of a deep dive. The equivalent mushroom dose would then be around 0.3g to 0.5g but bear in mind that not all mushrooms have the same potency.

I'm happy with 0.1g of dried mushroom, it is a true microdose where I can still function normally.

You've mentioned going to pick liberty caps.
If you are a noob mushroom fan, should you not pick and shrivel up your own liberty caps because maybe you will pick some freakishly strong ones - since people say mushrooms can vary so much in potency from even the ones growing next to them, or they be really weak and it's a totally tedious waste of time, so just stick to letting people who know what's what choose your mushrooms. Is picking your own mushrooms worth it?

The greek letter mu dates from the ancient Greek times but is still in use in their alphabet even though the actual language has evolved and changed.

1 milligram (mg) is equal to 1000 micrograms (μg).

Now about picking liberty caps. They will vary in size and freshness.

When fresh they look like the picture on Wikipedia:

Obviously they will vary in potency but on average they will contain the same amount so it's not something you should worry about.

If you look in Europe they can usually be found in Autumn. I used to gather them late Sep to early Oct.

As always with mushrooms it is best to pick them up while accompanied with someone who can identify them as you don't want to ingest the wrong species!

I used to meditate too. Tip of your tongue touching the roof of your mouth just behind your teeth, but without any part touching the teeth. Teeth very slightly apart. Sitting legs crossed and folded, back against the wall, fingertip of forefingers touching, breathing in through the nose, and out through the mouth, and it seemed like nonsense. One day it clicked, and it was so calming and serene.

I was on a course years ago and people at the start of the week who weren't really into it at the start were asleep during it by the end. Full relaxation achieved. Not sure if they aligned everything whilst doing so, but they may have done it better than I did as that never happened to me.

Lyphophilised is for sure a more elegant way of saying 'shrivelled up', haha. Not to mention a very wicked word that would be so excellent to lay down in a scrabble move, but I fear
some extraordinaily synchronicity/phenomena would have to take place for such a thing to come about. Haha, Scrabble cynic.

Yes you can eat weed and hash although I have found out that results vary not just with potency. For me eating black afghan hash - or other black squidgy oily hashes - is where it's at.

That being said these days I just buy edibles (but even they are not all equal).

It is much easier to buy edibles than make them.

Without getting into the tech escrow is similar to Ebay Buyer Protection :-). It is what enables you to get a Bitcoin refund from transaxe if a dispute with a vendor cannot be resolved.

Thank you TWduke. I have had edibles before, and drinkables, haha. Very delicious hot chocolate. What I meant was can you just eat it just raw? From what I've read you have to make it hot first. I got given a tiny, tiny little bit, I weighed it out of curiosity and it was just over 1gram. This is how much of a light weight I am right, in the last three days I've smoked four joints out of it - in the little green rizlas- just the weed no tobacco, and I've been totally stoned for hours afterwards, haha 😂
I normally can't smoke it just makes me paranoid, and inarticulate, but this stuff this time made me paranoid and have scary thoughts for quite a while, but is very pleasant now. Same as last two nights. Mostly it's the nice bit. Since I started with psychedelics my body has a different response to all sorts of thins that used to affect me negatively, like ashwagandha and other supplements and bread among loads of other stuff. It's so totally magic.




And I still have enough for another of those, but really don't want to smoke it again, makes me cough till I'm nearly sick. That's why I asked if I can just eat it. But I think it's a no. And I can't do all the stuff with butter

It is so brilliant that you can't really abuse the acid and shrooms. It's great because even if someone were feeling a bit nutso and reckless and wants to take more and more as it starts to fade, your brain just goes - ok, that's enough

I can't believe how perfect this stuff is for me. Absolutely nothing that can give me a little head holiday agrees with me. Now I find something, and I can only take it once a month. Don't know if that's good or bad.

I hope you're having a good experience of microdosing the mushrooms. And 6 to 7 hours of sleep!!!!!! Oh my god, I would work for nothing for two years if I was guaranteed 6-7 hours sleep for even a year. So great for you.

I usually have very pleasurable experiences while actually meditating, but I have never really been able to bring the - "internal chatter getting quieter
,mind getting calmer, over into normal life, despite a lot of years of trying. But I don't know. It's hard to measure what your own consciousness felt like x amount of years ago. It would be really good if we could have that aged head next to you, and you could try it on for a few minutes for the contrast.

That was a long time ago in my late teenage years.

We took the usual dose: 50 fresh liberty caps each (not an heroic dose but a high dose indeed) and 5 hours into the trip when the effect was starting to fade we took another 50 each.

The rest of thenight was spent stuck on that coming down plateau but no hallucinations or intense giggles again.

It really is fireworks for the brain, the serotonin receptors need time to close down properly, like the weed t-break but much more obvious with psychedelics.

I also tried mushrooms the day after a full on mushroom trip and yet againthe effects were subdued.

The honest, but slightly embarrassing answer is I don't really know. Nearly every time I've purchased courses I've ended up taking the whole thing as a proper trip.

However in my very limited experience of microdosing, I would say I have found the psychonaughts laser focus', to give me the best experience of what I need, but when it comes to a full trip, I have a more pleasurable time with mushrooms. Like I can't imagine a more unbelievably delicious feeling in the world.

You've overlooked Amanita. There's a great book called 'Microsdosing Amanita Muscaria' by Baba Masha. There's nothing in there about ADHD, but I personally microdose 0.5g magic mushrooms / 0.5g amanita with cacao, chocolate, niacin, and lion's mane mushroom every other day. Great results for PTSD and my bi polar. Oh, small doses of THC edibles daily.

We agree on this! Amanita is amazing and if you live close to a Pine or Birch forest you could source some yourself very soon. We won't be surprised if you already could with all the rain :-)

Be sure to use dried and decarbed Amanita. Do your research before consumption. Birch forests I've found to be better, with better specimens at higher altitude and away from the deer. Don't cut stems, just caps. THe red colour and yellow juice is what you want. Get a dehydrator for best results.

It sounds like your intentions are clear, you may not be in the best ‘set’ but when are we?

Regarding what you want from the trip can differ, there’s no control to what it throws up.

Have someone you can trust or rely on just so you can check in if you need any help or even have a friend come round and just keep an eye on you. 5g on your own while dealing with some fresh and existing trauma could be pretty tough experiences and furthering your problems.

Try have a decent smoke in the later part of the trip too this helps me balance out anyway.

I have done heroic doses twice in my life: 60g fresh - first time was Cubensis second time was Thai.

Each time I was alone, I wouldn't want to go there with someone else. I would even unplug my landline and wait for those rare occasions where my family would be abroad.

If anything use the Force i.e follow your intuition. Just looking at your post you say that you want the healing very much but you have strong doubts about doing it now.

Personally I would give some time - at least two or three seasons, maybe a year - before doing it looking at how recent your breakup is.

There is some amount of emotional pain one has to go through in those cases and I would be wary of amplifying it - for lack of a better word - via a potent mushroom trip.

Yet again read your own post without your brain filtering it - I think that deep down you know that it is too early.

While set and setting are paramount you are talking about the kind of doses where you will be lying down most of the trip and you certainly won't be able to use a chat line or any keyboard for that matter.

And whatever you encounter - leaving aside things you are not meant to encounter - you will have to face no matter how comfy the setting or whether a friend is looking after you.

Now you might very well find the healing you're after but bear in mind that we are not just physical - or intellectual - beings, we exist on many levels including an emotional level and some fairly primal levels of consciousness.

Better safe than sorry, and it doens't mean you cannot take any psychedelics but to take on an heroic dose I would want to be in a very good place and even then it is always a leap of faith.

If there is any doubt or fear - and you said so yourself - then it is not the right time.

I did 5g of golden teachers and it was not as universe shattering as I expected. By that I mean, although a bit wobbly, I was still able to get up and use the bathroom etc. when needed and get back to the world somewhat when I wanted a breather. Don't get me wrong, it was still a strong trip but perhaps not as strong in some ways as a whole tab of Lucy I did since. In my mind I think I had built 5g of shrooms up to be some kind of DMT, meet the aliens kind of thing! But it wasn't that for me - it was just a somewhat stronger, longer version of the 3.5g experience with more intense, persistent visuals (I'm mostly referring to eyes closed visuals here, I didn't really experience heavy open eye, crazy hallucinations - more like perceptual distortions, e.g. curtain patterns moving kinda thing).

My advice, prepare your space to be clean, calming, and cosy. A couple of candles and an oil burner to set the vibe. Pick a day you have pretty clear and you are well rested, feel in a good emotional state - abort and pick another day if you are feeling low or anxious about something. Maybe try and spend some time out in nature earlier that day. Perhaps meditate for some minutes before or on the come up to get settled and calm the mind. Get some eye shades, headphones, and a comfy place to lie down with extra blankets to keep warm if needed (for some reason I often get colder when tripping!). Get together a playlist of music that is beautiful to you, that maybe you find transcendent and positive in some way (for me, Pharaoh Sanders is the man when I'm tripping hard). Once you've really come up, that's the time to put the headphones and eyeshades on and dive deep. Try and make sure you won't be interrupted for a good eight hours so you don't have that worry in the back of your mind and can relax into the experience and come down in tranquility (four-six hours approx for the main trip plus time to comedown). Ideally, you would not take them very late at night and be awake tripping all night, as tripping hard can be a little exhausting afterwards, so you might do better in terms of fatigue taking them earlier in the day or early evening, so you eventually get some refreshing sleep after you come down. Don't take the above as gospel as it's only based off one experience, everyone is different and the potency of the mushies can vary somewhat. I wish you a safe and fruitful experience!

p.s."How to change your mind" by Michael Pollan is a good read/listen to check out on the history of psychedelics, particularly in a therapeutic context, as well as documenting the author's thoughts and experiences with them.

Wow, what an amazing experience. I have never felt bliss like that. Well I have the first time I tried the b plus at 3 grams, this somehow- I don't quite know how ,blew that out of the water. Just unbelievable pleasure - I mean the level of pleasure was literally too much for my body to contain and the excess leaked out of my face in the best crying sesh ever! Bliss tears and uncontrollable giggles in one. It was the best thing ever! And exquisite visuals too


I woke up with the perfect head on and knew it was the right time and was able to clear the day, but my 'trip sitter' wasn't able to take the day off so was sat with me on his laptop being very serious and sometimes irritated by the endless groans of pleasure and ridiculous noises, haha. So that was a bit of a buzz kill at times.

I found loads of peace around the breakup, and managed not to make contact. If I managed that I know I won't ever do it and today I feel totally hardcore strong and liberated 🎉👾

Food has never tasted so amazing. Eating was an nigh on orgasmic experience, then I became overwhelmed with sadness thinking about people who have no food, cried for ages but somehow it felt good, and was follwed very quickly with this sense of overwhelming gratitude and the acknowledgement that I'm blessed beyond belief.

I had a mind blowing experience with a sick Indian ringneck I rescued from a bad situation who for last nine years would go nowhere near me, just came and sat near me while the blubbering fest happened, and I spoke to him and felt his sadness - more blubbering , but after that he stepped onto my trip sitters hand- totally Unprecedented. And today he seems much lighter and brighter and sat on my knee!!

I was thinking, whilst in the throws of that unbelievable bliss- oh my god my serotonin is being spanked to high heaven, I am going to feel like total shit tomorrow, but I woke up ready for the gym and able to work with renewed vigour and astonishingly boosted creativity and focus. HOW???!
It just seems wrong somehow that you can have such an amazing experience, and end up with a profound feeling of love and compassion- that really sticks around- the knowledge that parts of my brain that previously were not communicating, now are, that new neural pathways are forming and the neural plasticity of my brain has been made more malleable, allowing for serious change and unsticking of old patterns that have been keeping me stuck.
I just feel like there is a god somewhere awaiting his pound of flesh, haha. But seriously, where's the catch??

Amazing stuff. I can well believe the stuff that's said about a session of psyllicibin being like the equivalent of thousand hours of therapy. Stuff comes up from the past that I never for a moment would have pegged as something that was holding me back. I'm able to feel it and process it there and then.

Sounds amazing. An enlightening experience. Have you ever had that feeling of conscious knowledge that your brain is altered previously? I always thought that it was tripping that fundamentally altered you forever, but possibly it was because we were stupid and took such high doses to start?

I'd imagine it's illegal and alcohol/tobacco aren't as one helps you see reality as it is, and the others cloud it while making you addicted and gaining lots of tax revenues.

I think the catch is that not all experiences are as wonderful as yours, as there were a few casualties in my peer group who were never the same after their last massive trip, and not in a positive way.

Glad your trip was so amazing. Most great trips have a good cathartic cry involved, I find. I have some of Psychonauts finest in the fridge too. Only had 1 drop of the Leisure Time so far, and that was very mild but pleasant.

Would you mind elaborating a bit on your experience with leisure time please ,MightyRux? Was it energetic, chilled? Were there any areas you found it to be particularly helpful with? I find the laser focus to be a great pre workout and to get stuff done

Sure, no problem. It was very, very mild, I suppose chilled, and it didn't really do what I want psychedelics to do to/for me, so I was thinking about 6 drops of the Lazer Focus to start next time. It's a lovely product and clearly worked, and I was a bit emotional near the end. It was mild enough that you could easily talk to people and they'd be none the wiser, and plants were very interesting. Lasted about 8 hours but lingered a while after that. Where else can you get specifically dosed acid to be able to reliably take about 60mcg?

I know right?! Exciting times. Made even more wonderful by virtue of the fact that the vendors are absolutely stellar peeps, and the product is obviously made with so much good intention and skill. I literally felt my blood run cold when I saw the topic by psychonaughts titled 'shutting up shop", ! 😂NOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Looking forward to being able to trust myself enough to have a bottle of leisure time in the fridge and give it a go. I have found on one occasion, the dosing was a bit weird with the laser focus. Usually 3 drops is perfect for me, but this one day 3 drops felt like an awful lot more. I had friends coming over and I had to cancel at the last minute because I was a bit too far gone, and sadly don't really have the kind of friends who would be cool about a small, daytime acid overdose, haha! I guess all sorts of factors come into play like how much sleep you've had, what you've eaten, I was fairly nervous too, but it was so weird how differently it affected me that day.

So what made you interested in experimenting with psychedelics if you don't really do many drugs and don't have a friend circle that does either? It seems quite unusual.

I bought the Summer of $99.99 deal as it seemed too good to miss, and I was already calculating taking trip level does of it. I wrote the number of drops on the little card they put in so I can cross them out and get a rough idea of what's left when I'm taking it.

The interest was borne of a need to find an alternative to ADHD- legal speed meds. And also from reading and watching lots about their ability to heal trauma. I have seen more progress in a couple of months of psychedelic experimentation than in soooooooo many years and sooooooo much money spent on therapy.
The fist psychonaughts trip in particular did infinitely more for me than a three month stay in a trauma clinic. The mushrooms appealed especially, being reputed to be great for deep healing and shadow work, and I've always found it hard to get the relief afforded by a good turning on of the old water works, and I'd heard a lot about the cathartic sob sesh's the shroom can deliver - and they delivered, and I'm in the best mental health since I was a sprog. Totally all down to these magical elixirs.

Great system you have there for keeping tabs on what you've used in your little bottles :)
I also want to get a bottle of the 'deep dive', but oh my god, you know, I have on occasion- even with someone closely monitoring the drop I squeezed into my mouth - accidentally had an extra drop manage to make it's way out before I could do anything about it. That's all well and good when is only ten iu , or ui, or mcg whatever it is, but an extra accidental drop of the deep dive.... yaaaaa ...not quite so negligible, haha.

Needless to say I will be employing your tactic when I get a proper ( non trial) bottle.

I reckon a proper trip off the leisure time would be a more chilled and possibly more comfortable experience. A full trip on intense 'laser focus', probably isn't the best idea, though it has been great :) I'd recommend you went for that one when go for a full trip :) hope you have a great time 😊

I do have one friend who would be up for taking a journey with me, but she is on ssri and apparently psychedelics on that is a no, no. Does anyone know if that's myth?

Very sobering and saddening to hear about your peers that seem to have been permanently affected negatively. Such stories I know will keep me safe from the serious big doses. I'll never do
more than 4g of mushrooms or 150 ui of acid in one hit as a result of these very real possible consequences.

I haven't tried the psychonaughts 'leisure time' as yet. I initially bought the 'dip your toe', which is a 2 week microdose course of the 'laser focus'. It arrived in conjunction with the horrible break up ( the very next morning actually), it was a Saturday and I ended up in my state of grief and madness taking ten drops 😬😳. The equivalent of a 100iu trip. SO, so dumb I know, but I was off my face on grief. I hadn't taken acid since I was a teenager, and even then it was only twice at very low doses. Anyway that Saturday on the dip your toe was an amazing but challenging experience, but every time I've ordered since I've gone with the trial size thing because I haven't trusted myself to get the bigger ones while I'm getting over the thing. I tell myself it's for healing and understanding etc, and it really is, but I know a part of me had just been wanting to change how I've been feeling.
I know I have an addictive personality and apart from 2 drops of Mjconcentrates indica pumpjack for sleep sometimes, don't drink or smoke anything or even take prescribed ADHD ( legal speed), meds for this reason. And this stuff- with the zero come down and everything... 😬... so 14 drops in my possession at any one time is as far as I trust myself at the moment. I have made this purchase 4 times I think and every time Barr one I've basically taken the whole lot as a proper trip. That said the times I microdosed I took 3 drops and it was bloody brilliant. It is just beautiful stuff.

Just a comment about the candles etc.
I had an experience with my girlfriend, I don't remember exactly how much, but it was pretty strong so maybe something about 3g.
So she set up all the environment like you said, with candles, music and and so on.
It was nice I passed most of the time laying down while she was dancing, but at some point a sound started to get out of my dreams and annoying me. So after a while I realised it was the alarm, but I almost tried to destroy the sensor before I realised it was because of the candles and I think we were lucky nothing else happened.
So my advice if you are staying inside is not to use candles as you may leave them burning for hours and is not smart.

I think, reading descriptions of the levels of dosage effects, that we must have hit heroic doses (or very close to) as teenagers when 150+ dried liberty caps were regularly brewed into tea. The advice from TWDuke is superb, and extensive. From my experience of very high doses I'd agree that there's no way on Earth you'll be at a level to communicate via text inputs as you'll barely be able to move as your mind and the universe interlink. I didn't touch psychedelics for decades after my last trip like that, and only recently tried again with 1.6g, and that was a lovely experience and I'm going to do a lot more. Good luck with what you choose, and getting over that breakup.

It's one high dose. Ideal for splitting with a friend, potentially, and you'd each still have a reasonably strong trip. Your mileage may vary.
