During November and December there are a lot of delays with Royal Mail so we're asking all customers to please wait at least 24 hours before asking us for tracking details and refrain from messaging us multiple times, at the moment we're getting a lot more messages than normal so its taking us slightly longer to reply then we would like but we appreciate you all shopping with us and we'll do our best to reply to all messages asap :)
We are online 7 days a week always here to answer any questions we ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders must be processed before 11am or they will be held until the next shipping day.
