McD's coke is thought to be the best tasting you can get, they get it in syrup form in big wheeled barrels, all the other drinks come in containers, in syrup form too.
The McD's syrup coca cola doesn't have any of the preservatives or any other nasties found in fizzy drinks these days. just the cola flavouring.(unlike that bought in shops)

I never really experience any hangover when I smoke. But concentrates make me groggy the next day and I don’t really care for it. So edibles and such are what give me those hangovers. I can smoke a big fatty before bed and wake up in 7 hours like nothing had ever happened lol

You are right that it’s a highly synthesised product- D8 & D10 only appear in tiny quantities in hemp so are chemically extracted in a non regulated process. So why does it exist?…because it falls through a loophole in US farming regs regarding hemp products and can be sold in non legal States- which is the main reason the FDA are about to ban it. (It’s been illegal in the UK since 1971).

On a positive note, some users prefer the high. It reportedly as milder than D9 THC and doesn’t produce the anxiety or paranoia that some users suffer from with cannabis D9.

The FDA ban will probably see the end of it I’m guessing, dunno, maybe there’s an ongoing market….

D8 is really popular here in the Southern US. As hemp sales are legal, producers have been able to synthesize a variety of trace cannabinoids found in hemp, and put them out for sale. I don’t like the “synthesis” around those so I don’t really partake. I will say I have tried D8 products and don’t really care for the effects. Felt dull and “draggy” to me. But some people love it

That’s a good question. I’ve been to a few legal states and have never seen it in a dispensary, but I also wasn’t looking for it. It’s highly advertised in hemp shops here. I think the idea that some people have is if they can’t get the “real” cannabinoid then this is good enough, and can get you high. I almost feel like it’s a novelty and probably wouldn’t have much selling power in a legal state. But I’m also an old head lol, so maybe I sound like the angry man ranting against technology 😂

I can’t deny that cheap untested carts worry me. It’s so easy to put nasty shit in there, it’s a big leap of faith. I know to a large extent ALL drugs are a big leap of faith so I’m not whining, it’s our own choices.

I was buying my carts from SCL simply because I trusted them that they were simply rosin. Now they have gone I’m paying a whole lot more for branded and tested carts from vendors with the very best reputation- but it sure is costly 😵‍💫

Isn't a large part of what's on sale here taken on trust though? For fuck's sake it's not regulated after all. Bud should be a fairly safe bet, but pretty much anything else we don't know what goes in - carts, edibles, even hash. We don't even know if the bud has been sprayed with anything. Maybe I'm lucky, I'm old. I'm going to die of something else before any dodgy substance can take effect on me.

It was carts that got me using LB in the first place. I used carts a lot earlier this year and still do.

I think that the comments seem to cover most points.

I have had carts that have been spot on and reasonably priced and really enjoyed them.

I also had carts that make me cough like fuck ! That were a lot more expensive.

At the end of the day it’s an unregulated market and basic economics apply.

Now this might come across as a sweeping statement but the same can be said in any retail business 🧑‍💼 never mind an illicit drug platform.

Like Pollypuff20 I started using SCL carts because it was rosin now SCL carts were $30-40 but Saynotodrugs carts are $60 plus. Now the Saynotodrugs are branded and the real deal. Now that’s not to say SCL carts weren’t as I used them quite a bit.
