Ive pressed dispute button now i found it lol. Just hope arrives this week still like i said earlier i think they gave me the message today they might have got it out to me today . I think ! But ive waited 2 weeks and more now and they have told me to wait extra 5 days now from today on top of the 17 ive waited already so i think thats them telling me they are reshipping today for me

You don't see it after the first one has cleared. Mercedes is generally a sound vendor, but does have some communication issue from time to time
I mean they even tried telling me i had only 2 buys lol . I have 16 not lots but stil far from 2 buys can see this on my mamadah18 page. They tried saying to me today they told me they rishipped on the 3rd october and clearly have no messages saying this anywere only until today they responded in a clear manner this time so its more positive but stil seems litle bit off . Ive waited days on end for clear response . 2 weeks just over is a lot 2 me for that . They keep repeating to me send adress and post code and name. They have told me to wait 5 days from today so im going to see if it arrives . Thats all ive done send full details over again to them . Hope it arrives within these 5 days . I cant see no dispute button no where guys
The Dispute link appears on the top left of the order page in blue under ‘Review’ but won’t appear for 9 days after sending. At the top of the page it will show the date window for disputes.

Yeah i just didnt have that piece of mind from mercedes but i think they are sorting out now . But i have the order page and ive waited since september the 23rd . And that is long for me i also sent my adress and name again over 6 times . And yeah they messaged a couple times but then disapear straight away so it wasnt clear for me . Yes they replied to my posts now but just hope they actualy send now for me. Also i have 16 buys now and not had to dispute against any vendor . And still not this vendor despite the wait and least comunincation . Was very worried

, There are NO planned strikes at the moment.. must be just a backlog.happens every so often.its strange because I ordered from The Great vape company was shipped Tuesday morning 24 hour tracked..and it arrived the Wednesday morning 24 hours.it all depends on where you live,and Which mail Centre are having backlogs?..it's just hit and miss royal mail.. hope you guys get sorted 😉👍😉

See that's perfectly feasible as I do love in a village area.
But over the last few months i've not had any sort of delays on any other legals products, all have arrived on time or at worse like 1-2 days late... Not 1-2 weeks! The only packages this has happened with has been the docs.
Customer service is always on point, nice and fair guy, products are amazing etc, literally no other issues.
But I do think there is more than meets the eye and it needs to be addressed and spoken about. If i'm wrong then i'll shut my mouth and apologise lol.

Hi Powerhouse.. yes seems strange its only happening with Doctor extacts?. There maybe backlogs from where its sent?..or even hold ups when it gets to another mail Centre or delivery office?.it's hard to say.you could ring your local delivery office and they mite shead some light.. 😉👍

Lol 😂 I understand what you're saying there. Sorry I should have made it clearer. If you ring the delivery office.u don't have to mention about a package delayed to your address..just ask them if there are any delays or backlogs at your office atm..if they say yes.explians the delay.if not? You can look at other reasons why it hasn't arrived 😉 ie in rare cases siezed..theft from a light fingered postie from a mail Centre. Or even not sent at all?

2 to 3 day average with everyone else, only here with the problems so I would say it's unlikely rm and more a sourcing issue, that's just what it seems like to me, if it was happening to every vendor on here then fair enough but it isn't so :/ makes 0 sense
Yeah but i've been receiving all of my other 1st class letters and items over the last 3 months just fine with a 1-2 delay at maximum. It's only orders from the Dock that seem to be delayed, so no nail hitting any heads for this...Just doesn't add up/make sense.
My guess is an issue with the "Packaging" team, maybe someone new that isn't ordering enough packaging to send items, not sending them when supposed to etc.

Buddy i have been done over again - Ive been left high and dry for the weekend - i have asked PISTACH for the tracking and all I got was 'Ill sort it out later" dont know whether that means the tracking or the actual product itself. If he aint sent it yet I will be pissed and never use them again - I paid $11 for NDD - 3 days ago. I am fuming.
As an update mine turned up today from PISTACH - tracking says it was sent a day after it was marked as sent - obviously no issues with that considering how busy this vendor is. Hopefully everyone else waiting from other vendors get theirs ASAP. :-)
piss take bro, Dr E is great man I don't personally think it's him it could well be supply issues I really don't know, and prior to this occasion I've never had issue with receiving my package always 3 day average 2 with tracked which was my go to option, I'm hoping tracked comes back as its almost guaranteed and if lost you have paid the extra and your vendor has tracking, I'm hoping we get back to normal soon as he is my go to and I have never had problem with this vendor I trust him 100% and people are receiving there packages even if it is within 10 to 14 days I just hope in in future we get our usual 2 to 3 day shipping back because 2 weeks is just 2 long to be waiting when you use them for injury/illness recovery sleep etc have faith though guys we know orders are being received and just for reference I ordered 14th Friday was sent Monday and its Friday now so have been waiting 5 days thus far I'm not worried because reviews are stating 10 day 2 week waits so don't worry 2 much :)

Like, I order from other venders when in a pinch and it comes in a few days. I order off Doctor Extracts and recently it can take weeks.

Fair point i was just putting my 2 pence in because was mentioned by the OP as I wrote a thread recently about Royal mail being slow (NDD taking a few days). Having bought off the DM's for years I have been done dirty by Royal Mail on a few occasions - biggest loss being close to £3500 - never really recovered from it so I have massive chip with RM.

I think this is going to be my last order until the situation improves, i've been waiting 13 days so far, and my last 2 orders have also taken a week plus. A real shame as the Doc is the only vendor I use on here, but I just can't be left in limbo every time I order.

1st time I've ever had an issue with the delivery times almost always went with tracked option, unfortunately that was removed last month I think and this is my 1st order since that and these delays have happened I'm just glad I'm not alone in it, people are receiving them even if it late people are still receiving the packages I'm wondering if it has something to do with sourcing the new black pens? aside from this Dr E the best bro hands down for vapes, comms always on point with him always gets back to me about what's going down etc let's just hope a return to normality is coming soon

Hi guys, I’m sorry about the slow delivery’s recently we have been sending all the orders out within 24hours as usual, I don’t know why they’re taking so long to arrive, I’m trying to sort it though, we use quite a small post office it’s not in a city so that may be the issue, I’ll try get it resolved though. We always reship SND so you will always get your order, I would never want to scam anyone, but I understand it’s frustrating having to wait so long, I may add SND to the packs of 5 so it more available & your always welcome to SND custom orders:)

SKUDA has some great bud/shake bars that are fantastic quality for the price which I have at the minute.
British Bulldog has the best shake by far, but I believe BB doesn’t have any left from his last grow - but if you get the chance, snatch it up in future.

Pistach's current batch is pukka, I know you said Willing to pay more but a half z at 32$ will get you some nice popcoin..
Nice! Just ordered some of Riley's stuff last night after seeing your comment. Love me some great shake. How is the smoke and high? Can't find much info about the Divine Jelly strain.
Btw a very honourable mention for shake must go to Green Cat's Skywalker OG trim - 2 Oz for £90-95. It's not premium in the sense of being filled with smaller nugs, but has loads of tiny ones (nuglets;) in there - it's def shake rather than trim. And the strength overall is easily an 8/10 for me. So it's some of the best value weed I've ever bought. Lovely indica stone and nice flavour. Not too dry and still zesty when ground/cut up. I've linked it above.

The bag I got off riley was a lot Leafier than what I'm used to off the cat, the nugs I did find were nice though but I think I'll probably save the rest for cooking with over Xmas as it's more trim than shake. More expensive too, but as I said nice flavour.
ah ok, that's a shame. At that price I was hoping for more popcorn. Cos also (with fees) it ended up being £72 for an O, Cat's was £95 for 2. As I said, amazing value for the smoke it is. Anyway, cool it tastes nice and can't go far wrong with shake/trim (unless it's just crap of course). Thanks for the heads up about Pistach's!

Ah thanks for the pics mate - yeah that's a lotta 🍃, I'm sure it's nice leaf but it's still leaf. So def doesn't count as premium to me. Bit disappointing given the item description, but I reckon it'll be a nice tasting milder smoke - and I'll cook with some of it too. As you say, it's the budget option after all.
The Cat really does spoil us (I've also had some of his UK bud, blue dream and grape ape, both of which were lovely). Any current strains you recommend? I'm v tempted to go for the Crown Royale (another bigga recommended it :)

Yeah me to mate, it came fast and it Is a budget product after all. I usually always reccomend GC but I fancied a change of strain so went back to pistach and was pleasantly surprised. GCs actual flower has been top banana lately though I will say that.
Really nice! Very tempted to get some, especially given the price, that's a steal - was this the Zushi one or the Mac trim? I've heard great things about both current batches from Pistach.
MAC listing but believe it’s Jaffa Glue. I’ve had the sushi shake and it wasn’t as good as this although still good value for the price as always with Pistach.
Yeah I got my delivery from Riley yesterday (brilliant 1 day service btw) and it does smell really good, and smokes well and tastes nice. It's clearly from lovely weed. But it is mostly leaf, as Kernnow420 was saying, with just a bit of popcorn (the little nugs that are there are great tho). Riley said it's a bit of potluck how many nugs you get in each bag, which is def true. But, based on what others have said here and in reviews, this seems to be a pretty leafy batch in general. For me, it's not worth the price. Makes me want to try the actual Divine Jelly bud though haha, it's clearly 🔥. I think Riley still has some in stock. Oh and the high from Riley's trim is nice, just not very long-lasting, and you have to smoke quite a lot.
I have to add though - now that I'm smoking Riley's stuff for a second night - I was tired last night and underestimated the stone from the shake :). Smoked a (fairly large) joint that was all leaf (to test the strength again) and it hit really nicely. And my tolerance is pretty high. Plus it tastes lovely, isn't too dry. So now I'm in two minds :D. And will def use part of it for edibles too, I'm sure it'll be great. Anyway, just wanted to give my fully rounded opinion - I usually like to smoke for a few days before I give an assessment, just felt a bit hard done by with the nug to leaf ratio haha.
