Top vendor sent me an unsmokeable Oz

So I ordered next day delivery from a top reliable vendor here on little biggy, and I had already ordered 7 g and 14 g after that as well so I really liked the weed from them and then proceeded to make an order of 28 g received it next day delivery but the weed was not the same weed I ordered and was awful and unsmokable and I don't know what to do now is there a way to get this resolved as I'm now left with an ounce of really horrible and unsmokable weed. I think you should have just messaged the seller saying they sent the wrong strain and that you are not happy with quality instead of playing the unsmokable card which will just annoy the seller into not helping you and these topics just come across like blackmail.

Honesty is always the best policy mate, be fair and so will the sellers. Good luck, I hope there's a fair resolution for everyone!

So basically your saying I'm blackmailing someone because I got sent contaminated weed and because I got scammed ? Listen I welcome all comments but I'm not being dishonest the weed is literally unsmokeable and I have smoked some crap in my time. let's just hope I get a resolution.

There is a dispute process- the tab appears on your order page 9 days after the order date. It doesn’t matter if you have reviewed the product, only that you have not been able to resolve the matter with the vendor.

Be aware though that ‘quality’ disputes are virtually impossible for LB to resolve objectively if both sides dig in with their opinion. For that reason ‘Auto-Settlement Borg’ will resolve the matter based on ‘reputation’ i.e length of membership, number of orders, previous disputes etc for both parties. A % refund will be offered after 16 days- that time giving both parties a chance to resolve the matter.

It is often better to reach an agreement with the vendor, I.e a 50% reship? Of course this is impossible if the vendor refuses to engage with you and is another reason to remain fair and polite. Vendors have no requirement to engage with angry or abusive biggas.

But also posts like this that carry a veiled threat to name the vendor and the strain “IF” you don’t get the response you want are not very helpful to anyone. It doesn’t help Biggas because we don’t know what we should be avoiding and it tends to drive vendors into a defensive position.

Always do everything possible to establish good comms first.

Most disputes get resolved without the Borgs- good luck👍

I understand it's not very helpful to not name the vendor or the product but I didn't want to shame them if they managed to solve the situation for me so I thought I would hold off from naming them at the moment and the strain. I just wanted to know what what options I have if it goes the wrong way and the vendor doesn't try to sort it out with me. at the moment he has offered to send me something else so we will wait and see and go from here, thanks for the information much appreicated

What strain is it ? And is that the strain you wanted in the photo or the bad weed you bad didn’t want ?

The photo is what I received and the strain I wanted I will keep away from the topics until they reply as I want to give them enough time to reply first and the strain might identify them. But I was just wondering incase I wasnt happy with their resolution. Like what would I be able to do ? If they don't decide to do anything about it , I have then literally wasted alot

When was the order placed?

I think the dispute button shows up around 7 days after the order was made. You then have a few weeks to dispute before your window expires, and the button disappears. Even if it does expire, you can request a late dispute

Ordered 7th march received next day and then I reviewed it. I have no dispute option though maybe it will come up eventually

Has literally a greenish smell and no taste and black to dark grey ash. Bad high. The bud actually looks good in the pic but it certainly doesn't not look crystally and has a bad dull smell.

I have to agree with Poly here, you’re not helping either yourself or anyone else.
Holding back vendor and product info is just odd, and if I’m brutally honest a bit selfish as it’s putting completely innocent buyers at risk?

It's also a bit harsh if I name them and then they reach out and offer me a resolution I am happy with and then they have been named with bad reputation , that could be unfair so I'm holding back until I get the resolution.

Really it was to see if this kind of scam or trick or whatever happens here and what can be done if I'm not offered a resolution I agree with. That was the point. I will name them only if I'm not happy with their resolution. Is that hard to understand if so I'm sorry. But I also think your comment had nothing much to say but I welcome any comment. So thanks

Experience suggests that’s never a great way to go- it tends to drive vendors into a defensive position and comms break down.

Always try and establish good comms first, and then use the LB dispute resolution process if that fails. Good luck👍

Hey everyone , just wondering if anyone rembers the Luton Blues that was around during the early 2000s and earlier. I just remember it being the most tastiest grade I have ever smoked in my life. Even after trying some Cali grades, they still don't compare to the Luton Blues strain for me. It was some clone only type of cheese I believe but I just know it was called Luton Blues and I used to drive there to get it. Anyone remember this gem of a strain or know how to get it ? And also actual genuine UK cheese clone only. Does anyone sell this , not the exodus cheese one. Thanks

Sheff steel city blues. Luton had the original exo cheese. Then big buddah crossed the blues into the commercial blue cheese. Ugorg have their own blues which is very strong and nice if you hunt thru all their regular beans I had foudn some cracking phenos. that leant to the skunk number 1. So strong and smelly. jail bait smell.
Lady Sativa AKA Jah Hoover is the closest to cheese you'll get he had all the original physco strains to and sitll has the hidden old sacred genetics.

I do hope to see some old strains come back NL's. Bubbles. widow/rhinos.

the owner of the Steel City Blue's is still around asian guy There's old Youtube vid of him and Greg De Hoedt UKCSC. They discuss the origins of it and history. We all know the sheff blues creators name. or you should. if not it'snot needed to be mentioned as he still grows it out in his loft in his home. Only one with the steel city blues. all other blues are diff cross's. Over all for today's your best trying to get some reg ugorg blues beans finding a sick female and then keep cuttings. Ugorg disco biscuits and blues does appear on dealers lists from time to time. Steel city blues/sheff blues was re pushed out around 2008-2012 times by UKCSC and re promoted then died off again. The main blues b4 that every one smoked was probs a big buddah blues cross. which was every where. the real deal exo and physcosis straisnwere more rare and moved from Luton to Bedford to Lady Sativa's then moved to Knightdbirdge London ways. Only given out to some small networks of ppl. It has that thick thick white creamy smoke. lung expansions. super dry buds but caked in sticky crystals. Stuff we never see today even with so called good homegrowns.

I remember it. Most stinky shit I’ve ever seen, could put a henry in a draw upstairs and smell it everywhere downstairs lol. My mate used to drive 15 mins up the road to luton and it would always be a taxi driver that dropped the bud lol

Not seen anything even close around for a good 10 years. Had some cheese and blue cheese from here in the last year but it’s not anywhere near as stinky or potent

It's still around.
It's normally called just blues or livers...ugorg released a whole blues seedline
It's a very cheeselike variety of a similar vintage
You can see it has a blueish hue to the bud.i assume that's where it got it's name.
I am not a seller and do not have any for sale.

Not heard of Luton Blues but Luton Cheese and Exodus Cheese are the same strain and are clone only. It was first grown by a cannabis activist group called exodus who were based in Luton.
