Cannabis Ruderalis is a variety or sub species of Cannabis. It is native to Eastern Europe and Russia where it has adapted to very harsh conditions but can also be found in areas such as midwestern USA where hemp cultivation was prevalent. This has made them hardy plants that are resistive to weather and insects.
Physically Ruderalis grow short, typically under 2.5 feet tall with a rugged and shaggy growth pattern. They tend to produce small buds and Ruderalis is unique in the fact that it flowers based on maturity and not light cycles (modern Ruderalis hybrids can begin to flower just 3-4 weeks after seed is planted. This has given Ruderalis the name of autoflowers where their popularity has grown for cross breeders. Crossing Ruderalis with popular Sativa or Indica strains yields higher levels of THC and other Cannabinoids whilst shortening the growth cycle and allowing for quicker harvests.
The first well known, commercially available autoflower was The Lowryder. Allegedly took 9 generations of breeding to perfect and was made by crossing a Ruderalis plant with Northern Lights #2 and then with William Wonder. Nowadays most strains are also available in their autoflowering varieties.

The finest autoflower I ever grew was in Spain... A dinafem Cheese Auto. Next was the Critical Bilbo. Most others I found to be a disappointment. Have times changed with the genetics? I found autos to be a little tough and lacking flavour. This is going back a few years now.
I agree about the lack of flavour, never been a fan of auto strains myself but i can appreciate their place for some people. Genetics have definitely improved over time. Did some big bhudda chiesel autos once that were ok but nothing close to a proper photo girl!

Ruderalis lack the strength and taste of the equivalent photoperiod. If you image the life cycle is around 4/6 weeks shorter, that a huge % of time in a plants lifetime in which they can develop size and higher terpene levels. True, good genetics, paired with a good setup can produce some incredible autoflowers/ruderalis, but if you took that same environment and put a photoperiod in it, it would produce much better quality cannabis. For new growers or those that need something to withstand harsh conditions auotoflowers cannot be beaten. They will grow literally anywhere

For sure, terps still there just not in the same volumes as you would get of a photoperiod (7 times out of 10)
Love a well done photoperiod, nice day smoke. I'd always recommend a fruity strain with auto flowers as it will come through better than anything gassy or pine. Gushers is a great choice

Trichomes
Trichomes
Trichomes are "fine outgrowths or appendages on plants, algae, lichens and certain protists". Trichome comes from the Greek word Trichoma and means growth of hair. These tiny, mushroom looking trichomes are where the Cannabinoids, Terpenes and Flavanoids develop.
Trichomes on Cannabis are used as a defense mechanism as their bitter taste and strong aromas deter animals and insects. They also provide the plant protection from harsh weather and winds.
Although they can vary in size and shape there are 3 main trichomes that appear most on the Cannabis plant.
- Bulbous Trichomes. Smallest (10-15 micrometers)
- Capitate sessile Trichomes. Slightly larger Trichomes containing a head and stalk
- Capitate stalked Trichomes. Much larger Trichomes and can be seen by the human eye (50-100 micrometers wide). Stalk and large gland head construction which serves as the epicentre for Cannabinoid and Terpene synthesis.
All three types of Trichomes produce Cannabinoids, however the Capitate stalked Trichomes will appear in abundance in and around the calyxes of Cannabis flowers/buds and these will contain the highest concentration of essential oils.

- Clear Trichomes indicate they are not fully developed yet.
- Cloudy Trichomes are thought to produce a more heady and energetic high.
- Amber Trichomes are thought to produce a more body stoned couch lock effect.

Sativa v Indica
Sativa v Indica
Cannabis sativa and Cannabis indica are two species of cannabis. This means that they share many similar features but have specific and distinct differences.
Strains or Chemovars (chemical varieties) labelled sativa generally have higher amounts of sweet and herbal terpenes and provide a more uplifting, head high. Sativas grow taller and longer, both in height and leaf structure. They take longer to mature than the Indica species and often have lower levels of CBD which can produce anxiety feelings in some users, whilst others feel the productive and creative side. Cannabis Sativa originate in countries with dry, hot climates and long sunny days such as those found in Africa, Central and South America and certain parts of Asia.
Sativa examples: Sour Diesel, Jack Herer, Durban Poison, Haze varieties.
Strains labelled indica tend to have higher amounts of the terpene myrcene, which is thought to contribute to sedation and the more intense “couch-lock” effect. Indica plants are smaller and bushier than Sativas and finish their growth cycle quicker. Cannabis indica orginate from the middle east and have had to adapt to the often harsh and dry conditions of countries like Afghanistan, India and Pakistan.

I watched a greenhouse seeds YouTube video and they found and made a Congolese strain with 1% thcv which was the highest back then

We don't track referrals by day and have limited access to data in the current program. This does give us a chance to treat people individually though. We are always happy to look at an any individual's progress and help them grow. Generally speaking to make it to 5% your commissions should be in the $1,000s of revenue per month league.
The best way to get an increase in the meantime is the same way you have twice already: contribute ideas that help the program. This thread is a good place for anyone to do that.

Ever moving, potentially, is the Clipper, with people scanning its QR code out of curiosity, sitting around in beer gardens, parties, or just smoking with a mate.

I've got both and they are both excellent, although overall I'd say I prefer the Xbox series X but the games on PS5 (God of War, Ghost of Tsushima etc) are better and the PS5 controller is brilliant, battery life not so good I'm afraid. Also PS5 has only around 600GB of storage which isn't much considering God of War is around 100gb (series x has around 800gb, which is slightly better but you can buy an SSD expansion to plug in back, this costs around £200 though). If you can get both, if you can't I suppose it depends what your after, game pass is excellent value on xbox too

I was Xbox for years, had a lot of different consoles, but a few years back got back into ps because I wanted to play their exclusives. Simply put Sony ps have better games, more exclusives and still have the same games as Xbox. Xbox has failed on exclusives now I feel for a number of years, Xbox live swayed back in the day, but I prefer a good one player exclusive that I can play well into the stoney night. Nintendo switch is good to. I will no doubt get an Xbox series x when they are eventually stocked up and plentiful, so maybe in 2022…..

He was not the master of cheese in UK - He did get a cut of exodus cheese not even the best cut. then crossed it with an old afghani skunk . which never worked out too well so he crossed it with a blues. midlands/shefff/brum blues. Then UK was flooded with blue cheese. There's not many ppl smoked true exodus from 89. It was nothing like a cheese of mid 90;s to now is. - So every ones perception of cheese is what they smoked or got at the time to claim "this is cheese" - the real exo cheese has lots of different "cuts" - "suicidal cut" which was so strong you just wanted to die after it - heavy sleeper. memory loss. The OG Cheese from Exo crew was strain "Psychosis" which was a mutant NL 5 but it was like a stinky skunk cheese. but yeh sad news. Hopefully he's in a better dimension. There was still ppl pushng the real cuts of exo cheese like "Sonic" and Lady Sativa aka Jah Hoover.

The OG Cheese from Exo crew was strain "Psychosis" which was a mutant NL 5 but it was like a stinky skunk cheese. but yeh sad news. Hopefully he's in a better dimension. There was still ppl pushng the real cuts of exo cheese like "Sonic" and Lady Sativa aka Jah Hoover.
Yeah, bloody hell. When I heard I was shocked to say the least. Big Buddha had and still has a lot of influence in the UK cannascene. A lot of people were first introduced to weed through a strain he bred. The big Buddha cheese was everywhere in the Midlands until the dawg wave and it'll always have a special place in my heart. It's such a sudden and unexpected thing to happen and my thoughts go out to his nearest and dearest.

Sad news. Also had the pleasure of meeting this legend at a convention many moons ago, and fond memories smoking his strains in the UK and Amsterdam! Did a lot for the weed scene and a genuinely nice guy. RiP

I met him once in the first Amsterdam cup that cheese was entered bk in 2000s, really nice guy from the West Midlands we talked shit about weed for 20 minutes and had a laugh blazing the cheese on a big box vape machine with a hose pipe coming from it lol and my mate bought some seeds back then the cheese smelt like real cheese 🧀 a genuinely decent sound guy RIP big man🫶
Sad times I still chase the flavour of the original cheese the closest I can get is an exodus cut near me and it's just not the same thing as the original clone only that was real special
Some UK grower in cali claims to have the original exodus and psychosis. Should be in the UK next week. Will be interesting to see those.

My postman is obviously a stoner, just the way he carries the back all slung back on his shoulder gives it away but he also looks like Wayne (or Garth I can't remember which one is which).
