Disposable vapes aren't a necessity. As apex points out you can get a box mod or rechargeable and fill the tank yourself. In London I see just as many school kids with disposable vapes as adults so there is a valid point there. Also the materials it's made from are indeed not very kind to the environment. I can't think of a single reason someone would need a disposable vape over a reusable one and it really is a mark of our throw away society and complete disregard for resources and recycling. I'm not an activist or anything but we all need to do our bit.

I am no canine expert. But I have always believed that a dog is a result of it's environment over it's genes.
I have known some exceptionally placid and lovely rottweilers for example.

Since my US based mate gave me access to his Plex server years ago I haven't paid for a single movie or series. Known him for over 20 years, we've never met, and I just message him if I want to watch something and within a short while (sometimes minutes) he's sorted it out. He constantly mocks me for asking him to get Dolby True HD / Atmos soundtrack stuff, and it's invariably a print with DTS HD MA instead. If I didn't have a Sonos Arc setup I wouldn't be so precious about it.

He had financial issues about 6 years ago and he posted publicly to ask if people that he'd given access to his server (numerous friends and close family) wouldn't mind chipping in to help with the running costs or he may not be able to keep it up. This was clearly something that he found incredibly hard to do, so I messaged him privately and asked him what he needed to keep it up and not worry about it. He said probably about $500 or so. I knew his PayPal so I just sent it to him. He was stunned, and took down his public post. Told me he was crying as he appreciated it so much. I told him he was a great friend and it was worth it, and I appreciated what he did for me. Haven't paid a penny since, and he's had 2 much better jobs since then. Recently had remote server issues (and Google Drive storage limit issues) so he's given me access to his personal home server. Told him I'm happy to chip in in future for expanded storage for all the 4K Dolby 7.1 he can keep getting me. Saved me a fortune over the years on streaming services alone.

You probably used Plex's server settings to do that. It's just a server he has at home (used to be a remote one with some Google Drive association, before they noticed people were doing shit like this and capped the storage) that's Plex is directed to, so he just shared the server info with me and I added that to my account. Now Plex just looks at that server instead of the previous one, and the experience and interface is exactly the same. It's something you could set up with a NAS and loads of drives to store and stream all of your media.

Then it was what the internet predicted after the pilot episode all along, and almost everything was meaningless. In fact, typing this has made me a little angry just thinking about it again. Christian fucking Shepherd!! Such wasted opportunity.

If they'd bothered to do 1 more series of GoT and had George actively involved in the parts that he hadn't written yet it could have been a masterpiece. Barely put a foot wrong until the last series, then just flushed down the artistic toilet.

Please read it as constructive and not dismissive.

I’m not denying that you guys have had a poor experience here (I’m also still waiting on my parcel) especially with your orders being cancelled after marked as sent so now your coin is held up in esrcow. However having said that I think you are overreacting here. We were all given the option to wait or cancel when he posted the first delay announcement which yeah should’ve came immediately, not with a 2 day delay but he has admitted fault here.

From my understanding this has been one batch of affected orders because he clearly bit off more than he could chew with these sample listings. However these samples he’s listed are only here, at lowered prices, because people kicked up a shit storm about somebody getting free samples for review. He’s tried to adapt his services, jumped into the deep end and you biggas are jumping on top of him trying to drown him over it which quite frankly I find abhorrent. Definitely post your own experiences, but saying you’ll post on every topic in future then claiming it’s to “protect biggas” is just ridiculous, this was not an instance of scamming but merely delays and mistakes from a relatively new vendor.

My experience: I think I was the first to order the 12g sample pack on 4th Sept and mine was sent via RM today, after exchanging a few messages with GC twice about the delay he was apologetic and said he’d include a freebie in my order to make up for the delay. Did I feel messed around a bit? Yeah I did honestly as he missed 2 delivery dates, but given this is an illicit marketplace I’m more than happy to exercise patience and understanding within reason.

The sad thing on reading the messaging threads is that they all start off so positive on both sides before the wheels come off. GC is contrite, apologetic and generous. Biggas are just wanting assurances. Then there is a trigger point “Cancelled!” and it’s all gone to shit. I don’t really get that. Surely “do you want me to cancel it or send it?” is the final option? Not only that but GC didn’t actually do anything in some instances, just told the Bigga to sort it out with transaxe. It doesn’t actually work that way and Biggas have been left in complete limbo.

I hope to think I would have been like you- not pushing GC to his trigger point and getting it resolved. Like I’ve said so many times- the ‘need for speed’ causes more problems on here than literally anything else. I’m lucky not to need anything that quickly but I can understand the anger because of the claims for speed and service that GC makes.

I don’t think the sample packs is a great excuse- there were only a very limited number of them.

GC has tried to do a number of things differently around here and that’s pretty impressive and I hope they can clean sheet this one. But I haven’t seen a trigger temper like it since good old GreenTech! 🤭👍

Regarding marking orders as sent, lesson learned - even if I can’t get it out within the 3 day period I will just let it auto cancel unless specifically told customer wants to continue waiting for dispatch.

The trigger point in Mcflys case is that I’ve been more than reasonable and ended up compensating $90 extra on a $60 order for a 3 day delay and the reply was “unacceptable”

You’re allowed to be angry if I claim fastest dispatch and then take 3+ days to do so, but if you’re going to get rude/personal and act like a clown then you will get treated like one and you lose the privilege of nicey nice GC.

Respect works both ways. Therefore the start of the ‘chain’ of respect would sit with you. When on Sunday night I messaged what strain I wanted. You replied, yeah sure, the respectful thing to do would be to say, yeah sure, but just to let you know we’re having issues posting so might not get to you till end of week. I would have said,ah respect for letting me know, that’s sound I’ll order from elsewhere and wait for this to come closer to the weekend. And I wouldn’t have messaged sgsin till the weekend had it not been received. It’s marking it as sent, but not telling us it’s not been sent that is pretty disrespectful and not just letting people know you’re running late when you claim the opposite in your manifesto. That’s respect and then you would have got respect back, when I knew Thursday was going to be earliest it would be sent after ordering Sunday and being told tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, yeah I lost all respect for you and lost it, because of the whole dog needing it as medicine for his cancer that is s situation caused by your lack of respect yet again, so yeah I got really angry, wish I hadn’t, but it youd started the transaction in a respectful way it would never have to this with any of us. 100%. I have a currently outstanding order that is pretty high cost. GC assures me this will be sorted out, and everything I've been told by him up to now has been true, so I'm letting that ride. I can see how people would have issues with apparent lack of communication and dispatch (and, with multiple people saying the same I believe you), but if I've waited it's always turned up. Is the issue that people have that they feel there's an alteration in service? Managing expectations on both sides could be a good idea, and to be honest when GC first started there's nothing I'd doubt in their manifesto from personal experience whatsoever, but I can see how that attracted negative attention.

Some of you may not even have read this and automatically downvoted me as a shill, but I can assure you I'm not. Just happened to have a great first experience and told lots of people about it as I really love this place, and lots of the people in it, and I'm still a customer. Would be nice to get weed faster though, in general, not just from GC.
