I know people that still have parcels with tracking still stuck in customs , coming on 2months now & no letter. So it’s not uncommon for them not to send one.

Usually up 7 days mostly straight after take over. There is some stories that custom's would knock on your door but probably bigger amount.

These are all little ones sent via stamped post so it also opens me up to a lot of uncertainty.

I don’t think you should leave, Ireland needs way more vendors and at least having the option of a long wait without customs is better than not. I would suggest stocking some higher quality products though. For instance if you can match the quality of what Thehashcollective or druids magic stock you’d have a feeding frenzy.

If you got a message and pressed view then your phone or browser fucked up in any way or took you back to login screen that’s probably when.

Check what date is last payment on your escrow account that’s when you got hit.. count your orders from that time/date.. that’s how many payments missing

Shouldn’t be too difficult for transaxe to sort out hopefully.

I would advise everyone to check and change their token ID and avoid viewing any direct messages from anyone until transaxe respond.

It happened to after I received a message (just normal enquiry)from foolofthegang. Can confirm every time I view his message my tokens change no matter how may time I change the password and if I don't view his message it doesn't change. We need to be aware now when we receive message not just links

This is now sound like an automated script coming from the server the site hosted on. None of the usernames you listed are the same so they all have to be new accounts made for each seller. I can confirm token changed happened at least once but hopefully caught in time. Going to either have to ignore messages or check token after every message opened.

The message has a pgp key link above the name when none other user has it my chat that was sus to me or is it normal? I just couldn't see on no other user

But a user can add pgp on settings that’s just way of verifying individuals

Yeah check when you last received payment on escrow and then see how many orders you got after that time and date.. all them orders went to hackers escrow..

But this is only if you got one account linked to transaxe..

My last payment was on the 25th until
now after I changed hackers escrow address back to mine I’m receiving payments for the orders again

Last payment received on the 29th. I wonder if it's worth canceling the current orders as we won't be paid from them, and it will prevent the funds going to the other transaxe ID wallet at the same time. If this issue was caused by us then we'd fulfill the orders and take the loss, but the issue seems to have stemmed from the website

Its such a shame as LB has always been a safe space for the unsuspecting stoner and attacks like these coupled with the phishing refund scam we've seen happening are very alarming, you would hope the Borgs handle things swiftly.

Thankfully we noticed our token had changed on Friday, good thing it was before we sent any orders and instantly messaged Transaxe as we thought it was possibly a site bug, unfortunately its clearly an attach so we hope they can sort it out although the auto cancellation time is fast approaching, we suppose the silver lining is the customers will get the refund and the low life scammer won't get any of those funds but we fear not every vendor will be in the same situation.

We've also noticed that each time it seems to be a different token ID that it will change to so we hope Transaxe can see this and revert all those funds so these horrible scammers won't receive a penny, its very worrying as we've seen very low IQ phishing attempts in the past but this seems to be a far more advanced, we hope the Borgs can find a solution to keep all Little Biggers safe ♡

This actually happened to us also but that was probably around the beginning of 2023 or end of 22 can't remember but 100% got a message from transaxe account to change token which we then reported and thought this was sorted since.
Now wondering if this is an inside job

Just checked my token id and realised its different to what Transaxe has for me and realised 10 Last payments where missing totaling to £1050 . To us its somethint to do with LB changing the look of website which literally happened 5-6 days ago and it must have triggered something on Vendors ! Will await for Admins and transaxe support to reply for solving those payments ! Will let you guys know what was the outcome too, having knowledge in IT can confirm that nobody can get into your account without having to send you link or link embeded message where by clicking on message it would direct you to new tab with infectious link! Opening a plain text message cannot comprimise your browser.

To our knowledge LB does not allow embeding any links or mentioning links in the messages, it would not send and highlight that its not possible

Will await for the admins to respond before jumping into any conclusions and making our self paranoid !
