I’ve noticed a few lower scores recently, some regarding product, some delivery times, some items substituted, etc. The standard has clearly dropped and I want to apologise, I have been taking more orders than I’m used to and keeping up with comms can be difficult also, but you guys deserve better!
If you wasn’t happy with the product/service in any way please send me a message over so I can make things right!
I’m not looking for you to change reviews, I would prefer the constructive feedback so I can improve in these areas and also compensate with some better standard products.
I am sold out right now but I will take this week to go over things and come back fresh, with top quality products/service next week.
